Unfortunately when purchasing the karma no longer includes a case… For some reason GoPro change that a few months in to release. The karma is not water resistant.

+Shlomi l yes the audio was from my hero session. I find it is a little muffled sometimes. I really wish they would release an update that allowed a microphone to be plugged into the end of the grip via the USBC that would be really nice

+Shawn Kevin yes that is correct you can have the Kermagrin plugged into a power bank and charge the unit well you're using it

Yes you will need the hero 4 harness. Calibration is not necessary and should only be done if there is a problem

Hi so I got my Karma Grip been testing it on my way to work about 20 or minute drive one way since school is out, I notice that Karma Grip I may get about good two hours from it before having to charge it for another 4 to 6 hours. Any tips and how do you disable it from charging your gopro cause that may help save some battery.

I would’ve been filming at 2.7 K 60 frames per second and asked for settings everything would’ve been on auto… No protune

+rs parker I am going to try and rig something where I can mount my phone on it if I really need a good view of what I'm filming. Wouldn't need it for every day use but if I am filming something very specific it might be handy

Good idea, I never thought of that. I'll wait to see what you come up with.

I still haven't figured out what the velcro strip is for.

+rs parker and yeah it confused me at first as well. What it is for is when you attach the grip to an extension pole you can wrap the Velcro around the base to keep it steady. I forgot to include that in my video. The only reason I figured that out is because GoPro released their new El grande extension pole and in one of the promo shots they have the karma grip attached to it and the Velcro holding it firm.

Yes they stopped including a case last year. It is something you had to purchase separately now unfortunately

+THE PHOENIX Yes I am still super happy with it. I have Used a few gimbals And karma grip is by far still my favorite. Now if you are thinking of purchasing you may want to hold off a week or two because rumor has it on 28 September go Pro is updating the karma grip to include a joystick.

When they first launch the karma grip it included a case. Now you have to purchase it separately. I don’t know I go Pro would do that

+Chuck Ostrom The case is nice and it fits everything well. But I do believe if you order the drone kit you just get the backpack it doesn't come with the karmic grip case

Air Photography yeah you can buy the case for an extra $39 if you want it in addition to the backpack. Did you think about getting the drone too?

+Chuck Ostrom yes I am for sure. I know it is taking a lot of flak but it's still a good drone you can get some spectacular footage and it's affordable compared to other drones. To me it's a fair price for what you all get inside
