Wow. I ski Mammoth all the time, and I have done Chair 22 like that quite a few times. I know of that drop, and it is also pretty steep in those areas. That was very impressive.

It reminds me how they do it in F1, when they have multiple layers of transparent film that they can remove to always have perfect visibility

His technique is unbelievably good. Long turns but really fast at the same time, all while keeping the knees almost perfectly together all the time.

What confuses me most about this video is how there can be such beautiful powder on the ground and yet none whatsoever on the trees, even at lower elevations where there would be less wind. At whistler whenever it snows significantly regardless of how windy it is there is always snow on the trees as long as the temps stay below 0, and there is no way the snow in the vid could stay that good if temps went above freezing.

Dude you must underestimate how windy Mammoth can be, in storms it can get easily over 100mph(160kph) over the crest.

bs. he keeps covering up his camera and then it is 100% clean in the next frame. not ONE speck of leftover snow. multiple runs edited together! ALSO, the reason why he gets off the chair and skis around the corner co fast is because he's doing the shot over and over in order to keep the same lighting conditions and to keep his vibe up. I'd also be willing to bet he's spraying himself intentionally, just to get a chance to edit. FAKE.

Hahaha. GoPro only posts single shots that are unedited. It has to be the raw clip from the camera in order to submit it. They won't even look at a clip with messed up timecode. I use RainX on the camera so snow doesn't stick to it for long. And of course I'm spraying my self intentionally. That's one of the funnest things you can do on skis!
