The fact Petrozza's team were happy to help him because they genuinely thought he deserved to succeed, instead of bad mouthing every little thing he does wrong like it usually goes... Bro, that's just so wholesome that it hurts. Rest in peace big guy
@@lorel9371 I mean, sure he is famous for his over the top insults, but I think its so that every chef can grow thicker skin. Plus, he isn't always like that. He's compassionate, kind, and actually polite. You probably don't see that side of him cause you either watch these kinds of videos of him or just not bothering to see how he is in other places. Kitchen Nightmares is a good example. Its not always the owners at fault and its not always the staffs fault. He sees that and understands that, trying to fix something that people worked so hard for.
@@lorel9371 how much of gordan do you actually watch, cuz he isnt always yelling, never talk like that about someone if you dont actaully know them or what they do
All I remember about season 4 was that I didn’t care who won as both Christina and Petrozza were an amazing final two. But with Matt on her team, Christina was at a major disadvantage from the start! The fact that she still managed to keep it together in spite of him shows why she won.
I watched it all in one sitting on my bed at 2 AM on a school night I remember begging for Petroza to win and was confused, that’s was like a year ago and I’m still here typing a comment at 1:30 AM on a school night lol
Yeah damn right. Before the final service, after both Christina and Petrozza picked their final team members and were going over their menus with them, Christina told Matt that he inspired her risotto and wanted him to be in charge of her risotto station and that kind of made Matt respect her a bit and want him to win it for her lol. That was a smart thinking of her because throughout the whole season, the best and only compliment that Matt ever got from Chef Ramsay during a service was on one of his risottos 😂🤣
Keisha frangie why did you get a damn job here all you do is yell at your people that's not how you do it I really bad at it Visalia I punch you in the face
I thought Petrozza being strict but kind with Bobby's food was really nice, and seeing Bobby say "Petrozza needs me" instead of being pissy about getting food rejected was refreshing compared to other rancid contestants we see on this channel edit (3:14 if you can't find it)
Did Matt really say, "it tastes good, and that's what matters" when we're talking about RAW monk fish?! I'd be terrified to eat at his restaurant with those kinds of standards...
Yeah, I mean literal poison would indeed taste good if you doused it in honey mustard or some other random dressing. Doesn't make not poison and all. ;P
@WWEG1WGA I think he was a bit incompetent and (occasionally) a teensy bit whiney, but he's definitely good at heart. You can really tell here when he truly gives it his all for Patroza. Matt is 100% worse than Ben in almost every aspect.
@WWEG1WGA You might wanna hold that thought about Ben. In 2019, he got arrested for assaulting a woman. :( But there's no way you could have known that from the show, so I don't blame you.
The support Petrozza got from his team really shows what inspiring leadership can do. Both finalists deserved to win, but Petrozza will always be my favorite chef that's ever been on the show (RIP).
I agree. I get why he chose Christina, but Petrozza screams great leadership because not only does he fight for his team to be successful, but his whole team had his back.
@Chief Tahchawwickah Combat racism with racism, brilliant! Here's your oscar! Also, um...why are you using the internet? Didn't white men create it? You prick. -GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THAT PATTY NATION
@consmami of fucking course it’s CoPiEd, it’s a saying/phrase that has been floating around the internet for a long time and people have noticed and used it for while now like seriously are you just getting on RU-vid much less the internet cause, I’ve seen it used for at least 4 to 5 years(if I remember correctly)
Owl Tricks Dude my math teacher would be teaching us and would ask "how do we factor in this rational expression" My response: We don't. He still wins every time 💀
what I like about this season is the contestants really respects Petrozza and tried their hardest to not fuck it up. Petrozza didn't win the hell's kitchen, he won so many respect of all the people he came across with. rest in peace
Petrozza didn’t win because Gordon liked Cristina. It is obvious he is biased in her favor, she won many challenges when she wasn’t the obvious winner and you can tell Gordon enjoyed spending time with her and giving her the prizes.
@@blengdiabloed7335 that's the thing a lot of people miss. When you're getting old you're reaching the top of your potential. There's a good chance you won't necessarily get any better. That's why Formula 1 doesn't take old drivers like they used to. For a long time they've been taking drivers as young as even 16
Christina and Corey are the two best rivals in all of Hell’s kitchen. NOTHING compares the respect these two chefs had for each other, bringing out a better chef after every challenge. The way Corey says she’ll do anything in her power to help christina is proof.
It was amazing how they grew. They hated each other at first, and bonded over having to carry their team because of Matt and Jen. By the end of the season, they actually have become friends.
7:12 was such a great mixture of emotion. He's genuinely baffled by the fact that he said that, but he's also excited to see the consequences. So was everybody else lol
I get it, but at the same time the meal isn't exactly cheap. For instance, Beef Wellington is about $49. Filet Mignon $47. But it's the service industry. The point is to get people back and make their visit as best as possible. Especially now with social media being so prevalent in our lives.
@@TheV8Pumpkin God same. I don't work in a kitchen but whenever my parents asked me to warm something up and then complain that it's cold I reheat that shit till it burns Satan's ass
Petrozza when something is wrong: "Hey bobby, this is cold, we're not going to be able to do it you guys. If anything goes by me and went out wrong, it's ultimately my fault, I let it go by." Gordon Ramsay when something is wrong: *Inhales*
I think Petroza could've won if his dishes were simpler. Christina was able to pump hers out quickly with minor issues, Petroza's dishes never had complaints but they were slow.
@@beefar0ni Matt has got to be one of the worst contestants in general if you ask me. Made a bad impression from the start, needed help for basic things despite considering himself a true culinarian originally, held others back, caused relatively large heat in the kitchen more than once, and to top it all off, he doesn't handle it well and can only make a sad face or make bitter responses. Dude was lucky he wasn't under Gordon's command because Gordon would have given him worse things than hell for such attitude.
@HULK HOGAN I admire his energy and attempts to keep himself positive or quiet after Matt said that. He has no right to tell that to Louross after asking him about so many details when he came to Louross to help him in the first place. Fuck this guy.
No one can match Petrozza’s quality control skills. If it wasn’t for his untimely death, he could have even become the equivalent of Ramsay’s ability of making health inspections a total failure.
I understand why people don't want to be yelled at, I don't want to be yelled at, but if you work for Gordon, you already know he demands perfection. It's nice to see someone take food so seriously.
Me: *sees title* Also me: Damn someone's about to die..... *grabs popcorn and a beef wellington* (Jesus I've never had beef wellington so I dont know how it is cooked but the idea of intentionally eating undercooked meat bothers me)
Petrozza is the best one I've seen on this show so far. Calm, collected, kind but firm. Excellent leader. And you could tell how could he was because everyone on his team was brining their A game and 100% dedicated to both him and the food they were cookin'
You’re not allowed to be an asshole to an expert OR a beginner. It’s not permissible to treat people as subhuman in reality but on a REALITY SHOW which isn’t really real, you sign up for the abuse and that’s the only reason it’s allowable.
@@MayTheOddsBeInYourFavor well, in Kitchen Nightmares people really mess up with food... So i Think that yelling is reasonable, cause you can KIILLLLL SOMEONEEE!!!! 😂😂
bobby is one of the most humble guys on here that will listen to instructions and really try his best to do it, these other guys i feel like dont even listen to the instructions 😂😂
