Supreme Baller and the King played with him for Spiece Indy Heat back in the day for years. his Mom is like 6' but for years he was so tiny we all thought he got his dad's height.
That's why they signed him initially for this type of play. Kyrie jinxed him that first game against Cavs throwing that lob pass knowing you had Lebron and Tristan in the post to contest that. Wasn't any need to try and showcase so early on. The whole season would have went so differently if he hadn't got hurt but the bright side I suppose is that it allowed Jason Tatum to develop right away in his rookie season.
@@ejjdabeast2254 It's called a broken leg. One of the worst we've ever seen to be exact. Look what happened to D rose. Injuries change play styles unless you get lucky and recover
Ppl sleep on prime Gordon Hayward it’s insane he’s not talked about much. Gordon is underrated. It’s crazy that injuries got ‘em but he still balling. Luka need to take some notes😂😂
Looking at him play now is too different than what I thought it would be. I didn't know Gordon was athletic like that I just thought he was a good player who preferred the shot but this just makes me mad how the Celtics missed out on this due to the injury. (Celtics fan)
Ill be following closely to the Jazz... I know what it feels like to be an underdog and I feel like this team has potential - coming from a raptors fan
He will Jazz are going to max his contract without a doubt and bunch of Jazz fans and players are gonna get him to stay with billboards and emotional feels lol
You can see the diff between the speed and vert he had in Utah and the lack of that in Boston after injury. Here's to hoping that he can regain some of that with a complete off-season of prep and training without having to rehab. Most if not all of his last off-season was consumed by his recovery. This season ( 2019-2020 ) is the year I think we can truly judge whether he can return to All-Star form. 🤞🤞.
He broke his leg, ankle and is older now. He is still averaging 15 a game 5 and 5. Saw some comments on like he not balling now for Cs or Hornets. What else you want out of the man? Consistent through out career. Solid player, JJ Reddick quality NBA player. And that’s not a knock! Traded to OKC today so can’t wait to see him slide into that lineup! Perfect fit for the tail end of his career.
Wish he still had that burst and leaping ability. Watching him now he's 60% of what he was. Hope he gets healthy again. Hate hearing all the people giving him shit.
Being a Celtics fan this is so depressing. Friends continue to say he will be back to 100% in time. No way he is getting this quickness, explosiveness and elevation back to his prime levels while at Utah.
I’m in 2019, and I do not believe what I am seeing. This man was dunking on people. Now, he doesn’t even dunk when he’s wide open. That injury took away his explosiveness, which is very sad. I hope that he gets back to being his old self.
Came to this video to remind myself how good Hayward is. The Celtics are 100% going to the finals next year and has a very very high chance of winning. This is coming from a warriors fan
i'm a diehard c's fan and i'm sad that hayward lost his athleticism like this (well atleast he still can ball) but man if hayward balls like this in the celtics? bro i'm sorry philly and bucks you ain't doing a thing in the celtics (i exaggerated a bit lol) and that staredown? we'll be seeing that again next season! #☘️☘️☘️
