Melinda not answering Chef Ramsay after throwing away pasta was basically what caused her to get eliminated after the first service, since Amanda, who also ruined service by accidentally putting the salmon entrees in a freezer instead of a fridge, at least admitted fault for the salmon, despite that she was also nominated for elimination that same night.
