Thank you for your question. This home had up to $50,000 in homestead exemption, as well as another $50,000 for seniors exemption, so the taxes were quite low. These were also the original owners. Taxes will be higher once it changes ownership. Taxes were the following; 2021-1073.39, 2022-1153.65 & 2023-1205.19. HOA's fees were 235.00 in 2022 and they are 265.00 currently.
