solid review! I ordered an M23 26L and tried it. I'm 6'3," the bag fit great, but it is huge. It didn't carry that way or look that way, but it wasn't fully packed. I keep going back to the 26L GR1, so I ended up returning the M23. If they relases the M23 in 500D, I'll probably buy it again.

Thanks! I like the ROBIC much more than I thought I would but would like to see it in 500D as well. Or a heritage version with cobra buckles.

Did you keep the 26L or 21L?

@@Duanewrites I kept the 26L. Definitely more than I need for EDC, but I like having the extra room. Ultimately, I’ll probably end up using it more for weekend trips.

Thanks! I lean heavily toward panel loaders and clamshell designs. But this is working out pretty well for me. It’s got some advantages as well as disadvantages.

Thanks for this review I have the m22 and have found the top loading opening hard to get access even with the zip pocket. I went back to my daily driver the Dyneema GR1.

The GR1 is tough to beat. I’ve been using the M23 for about a week now, and it’s the first top loader I’ve used in quite a while. It’s taking some getting used to… def has pros and cons.

Thanks! I was hesitant on the robic too, much more robust than I thought it would be. So far, I really like the M23.

Great vid and thanks! How tall are you? Just to get an idea re fitting as I’m 6 foot and was considering the 21L

I’m 6’0” it’s a torso measurement of 21.5 - tried both the 21L and the 26L. Both fit well. The 21L is a better EDC for me whereas the 26L is for weekend or travel carry. Can’t go wrong with either. Figure out use case and how high up you prefer your bag carry.
