HELP!!! I have been working for several hours to get the Gosund Smart Plug linked. I've followed the steps very carefully, but it does not connect. I have a 2.4 Ghz internet connection with excellent signal strength, but it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have even tried putting in a new Smart Plug as I have 4 of them. I had one working just fine & then decided I wanted to move the smart plug to a different outlet. Since then-nothing!!! It just won't connect. Please help.

Maybe I'm big dummy but how can I find out how to change from 5.0 to 2.4

HELP!!! I have been working for several hours to get the Gosund Smart Plug linked. I've followed the steps very carefully, but it does not connect. I have a 2.4 Ghz internet connection with excellent signal strength, but it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to connect them (four) with Alexa as soon as I can get them set up.

When enabling, the Gosund app requires registering with Gosund. Can you provide a link for where to register with Gosund? I’ve registered with their site but that’s apparently for their store. And when I try to link to Alexa it states incorrect account/password. I’d appreciate your help.

You skipped linking the Gosund account step which fails because it can't find the username. For some reason the skill thinks a phone number should be used.
