Homestead projects. POW! PROBLEM! www.amazon.com... Just trying to check off the to do list. Out of nowhere my priorities change. We have a typical tractor problem ‪@TheLovelyPlace‬ . We have mice nesting in our engine compartment on the Case IH 75C tractor.

nails with the 1 inch plastic washer on your nails may help with posted signs? some scrap plastic trimmed down will do the same thing

a vacuum with a skinny PVC pipe adapted with duct tape. suck b4 you blow so you don't drive it deeper. make a note of nest location Incase you ever have to hunt down the chewed wires

I don’t know if you are willing to do this, but get a couple of barn cats. Keep them in the barn, don’t let them outside because of putting them in danger from predators, but that will take care of it. Litter box and dry food and they are set. Too nice a tractor for mice to destroy. God bless Sean!

Looks kinda like a pack rat, I have had trouble with them, they can do a lot of damage. The wire coating is made from soybeans, which they love.

I'm told if you leave the hood up the mice wont go there???? also I'm told smelly dryer sheets mice don't like. maybe strategically locate a few dryer sheets and leave hood up. no guaranty , also no charge!

We have used dryer sheets in the past to keep mice out of our motorhome. The strong scented ones worked great. Also I would suggest a long reach blow nozzle used to clean out radiators as they have a curved end on them. That might help to get the paper out.
