i am happy you’re still uploading, i am learning ( sometimes) to add what i need. and thank you for giving us the option to get up and walk around in this one. it might sound stupid, but, my brain and body need to know, because sometimes , like now in my rib cage or trunk , i am too tense.

I am suffering with this 😢 i just found out i had it at 35. Its really emotional not knowing what was wrong with you or how to fix it. I have cried so much. God bless you for this video and for trying to help ppl who are suffering

I've spent the last 5 years healing & fixing things out of alignment from childhood trauma & my body reacting physically to emotional abuse & anxiety. I can tell you once I got strict with my walk with God 2 years ago, my healing increased rapidly. God literally signals to me what my body needs (food, exercise, stretches) in prayers he releases and helps me forgive emotional blockage, & with his word I am reaffirmed. I ask for prayer & patience when I feel overwhelmed from all the work that needs to be done. I pray he encouraged you, In Jesus name!

I had this as a child, it's mind over matter... I reversed it by forcing to keep my feet parallel when walking running.. never too late.

Does being double jointed have anything to do with walking pigeon toed. Also, I was born breach and wore foot braces at night-time from like 2 to 5 yrs old. Here I am at 57 and still walking pigeon toed. How often should these exercises be done and when do you think I might see a difference? Thanks Beverly

Hi Beverly. I’m not really sure about the double jointedness and its effects on pigeon toes. That said follow along to the video and see how it goes. Usually pigeon toes is caused by internal rotation at the hips. If that is the case for you this sequence will help. You should feel some change immediately. Practicing this a few times a week alongside the daily routine should help. The Daily Routine covers all the most fundamental movements. When laying down, my legs are so much in the duck feet position that there’s barely any more movement I can do in that direction other than exaggerating a tad what’s already there. Do you recommend to just keep doing this class regularly or is there another class before this one that would be best?

Which exercise would you recommend for someone with arthrosis in the knee? When knee cartilage has already vanished substantially and pain is present (not constantly). Thank you!

i am a gymnast. when i tumble, and jump up to flip forwards, my feet go inwards. can this video help with that?

Great question. Bunions are a structural issue, so any effect from Somatics will be secondary. I'd recommend practicing some of the movements that include the feet and also walking barefoot whenever possible. Here are two movements that include the feet. Bunions are solely caused by wearing shoes that squash your toes in. Get quality toe spacers and shoes with a large toe box and you will be cured
