This felt really good for the hips. Lying flat on the stomach like this does something to my back though 😖 It almost feels like it compresses into a lumbago like sensation. Do you have any suggestions for fixing this? 🤓
Hello Katarina! I'd recommend releasing your lower back first. Follow the two videos below, they will address your entire body including your back. Then retest this hip movement and see if it feels easier. #1 Low Back Pain: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NIbFgkfCsNM.html Daily Routine: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxqlAAVlRKU.html Let me know how it goes. It should help for sure. It will relax all the muscle in your trunk, hips and legs, that urn the legs in and out, when these muscles are all relaxed, your legs will naturally find a striaghter, more even position. To get even more out of it I'd recommend following the Daily Routine video first tho. It covers all the basics. Here it is: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxqlAAVlRKU.html Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks for watching.

Your chest and lats make up the front and back of your armpit. I'd suggest the following two videos for that, they cover the armpit and ribs. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zNvdGKtA5yc.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1UEG4b-PtQc.html
This and the last shoulder movements , my body was r the opposite doing it the opposite of what you said the body wants to do. What's going on my shoulder still hurts ,?

Broke my pelvis, sacral bone, ribs and fusion back surgery after a major paragliding accident last year. QL has been locked up the past few months as it attempts to stabilize my new L2-L3. These really target the QL. Absolutely brilliant. Far more effective than anything else I have tried... THANK YOU.
You're welcome Neil, glad it helped. I'd also recommend following the Daily Routine below. It covers all the most fundamental movements and should help you improve further. Daily Routine: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxqlAAVlRKU.html Let me know how it goes.
Hello! By making the twist deliberate you can choose to stop doing it. Follow the Daily Routine below to relax your entire body first, then try this again and see if it works better. Daily Routine: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxqlAAVlRKU.html Thanks for watching.
Hi,can the pelvic floor tension cause extreme bloating?I am not able to even burp or fart like a normal person and the trapped gas creates palpitations in the head and neck
Yes, pelvic floor tension can contribute to bloating. Please be sure to get checked out by your Doctor too if you are experiencing palpitations. Below are some videos to help you reduce muscle tension which should help you feel more comfortable generally. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-05fs-gwHG3E.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UvYaO7fEr7Y.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QXrEVd_K0wM.html Give them a try and let me know how it goes. Yeah feet and lower legs are prone to cramping. But it does indicate too much effort or tension being used habitually. Add it to your repertoire and see how it goes.
Fantastic! Cant wait to try this, your other vids have been life changing for me! It sll started with a headache down my neck. I didn't want to take any meds and found your excellent vids. I hope soon to take one of your classes when weather gets cold!
Good stuff! Do that even more of it was helpful. Bringing the arm in front a little engages your chest muscles. So lean into that when you practice that movement.
Nice work Morgana. Muscle tension in your neck and shoulders is the cause of most headaches. Keep those muscles relaxed and your headaches will be a thing of the past. 🙌

Hi Colm, i have been meaning to ask for quite awhile now my left arm that has alot of tension the bone inside of elbow area clicks on the mat when i put ny arm down ( cactus aem movement) and its been sore under my armpit and that side and my shoulder sometimes crunches.
Sorry to hear that. Give it another try perhaps. Pandiculation is a skill that requires a bit of practice to get the hang of. Alternatively follow along to the Daily Routine below, doing larger movements may work better for you. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxqlAAVlRKU.html Thanks for watching.
I have serious problems with my spine after surgery and bone refillment. Now, spinal spasms have caused me a hypertonic pelvic floor. My abdominal muscles became tense. Instead of looking for a therapist I decided to seek help from google and I fond this video. It helped me a little, I will repeat this exercise everyday now. Thank you very much! ❤❤❤
Hello, I’m glad you found this helpful. For tight abdominals I’d recommend the following videos too. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DFqHh2NSJdM.html Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Hello, you probably need to get your shoulder blade moving freely first. Try the sequence below then retest this one. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O3wHZpXpm7Q.html Let me know how that goes.
Colm, we are incorporating this into our every day routine! It is transforming! Thank you for this sequence. Was hoping you could recommend a sequence for the forearm hands and fingers and wrist. Any suggestions?
Hi Gina, glad you guys are feeling the benefits! Have a look at the following video if you haven't already. It covers most of the lower arm and hand. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zJutbN8W1Yw.html Really tho issues in the lower arm down simply indicate tension in the trunk, neck, shoulders and chest, so focus on those areas primarily. Keep practicing!
I am. finding your videos absolutely transformational. Can you explain a bit what you mean by trauma reflex with this exercise? Or point me to another video/resource about it? Thanks.

thank you, very good, except, i think ,i learned, although i am pleasantly aurprisaed at what this might have done for me, by the time i was able to do the other side. i almost of when i come back , i have forgotten which side ans i xouldnt sense which side i did. your suggestion was goodv, too.
@@LearnSomatics i am trying it's is very difficult., i was afraid to get up to feel the other side, i tend to forget the other side before i cause more tension.
This was great. I started with the full body routine because I like waking my body up with that one. Then this added that extra. I feel I could really do with a side bend in that morning routine, and this is like a bonus 2 in 1 😂 Thank you
Glad you liked it Morgana, yeah the Daily Routine probably could do with a Side Bend in there to be fair. Feel free to add it in tho, probably just before the twisting movements is best.
