If I could bring one character back, it would be Tywin. He seemed to be like the only competent ruler in all of Westeros. It's a shame he wanted to humiliate and destroy Tyrion rather than simply kill him.

He did an amazing job but two big mistakes. Killing Rickard Karstark because of "honour" then betraying that same honour by breaking an oath to marry Walder Frey's daughter. The first was the bigger mistake. The Karstarks commanded the second largest part of his army and Walder Frey and Roose probably wouldn't have tried it if Rob had had his full army. Mainly because he would have still looked like the winning side

he's just so interesting and *unexplored* in the books, he's the only starks besides rickon who didn't have a pov chapter. we never knew about his thoughts, his insecurities, and his true weakness. we've only saw him as this young king and badass warlord. we never knew about his mind, why does he doing things the way he did.

One of the Bad things about George rr Martin style, he loves to dig in The villains and twisted characters psychology and behaviour, but he has some sort of resentment or distate with héroes and good willed characters that he ended on a surface level and just treat them like fools, unlucky or hypocrites

4 years later but it is because it was the Boltons who worked with Frey to kill Cat and Robb during the red wedding and it was the Boltons who messed with Robb s body

If you get the chance, read the books. As good as the show is, the books are exponentially better. And different enough to warrant the reading.

Same bothers me that Davos seemingly forgot all about Stannis. Like, we never even got to hear his thoughts even after Melisandre revealed what happened to Shireen. Davos clearly puts all the blame on Melisandre though, he takes a mournful tone when he cries that Shireen's sacrifice meant nothing as they (Stannis and his men) all died anyway.

I think you're confusing Robb with King Stannis..

Robb didn't have the claim for the seven kingdoms and would've found he hated it,because the Southern way of doing things is less direct than the Northerners. Stannis just didn't have the army to claim the iron throne and wouldn't have gotten enough after the Tyrell-Lannister alliance became solidified.

He wasn't that honourable. He broke a sacred oath to marry Walder Frey's daughter which contributed massively to the massacre that ensued.
