that’s probably the most powerful and hard hitting gg album i’ve ever heard, every single song is so good and weird at the same time, the instrumentals are brainfucking but amazing, the vocals are higher than my hopes for the future and the raps were great
Love the reaction, the whole album was on point:the vocals, the rap parts, the visuals!!! MALA also means bad in spanish so that make so much sense on the meaning of the song.
I don't know if anyone said it already, but "mala" is "bad" in spanish (feminine, singular). They also use another spanish word in the chorus, "mañana" (tomorrow).
It should be a rotating lineup, and if by their pattern, they might release something in new year. They debuted Jan 2022, this was Jan 2023, hopefully it will happen.
Rose is produced by SAAY and its a very typical style for her. she also produced Aespa’s Yeppi Yeppi and Baekhyuns Bambi. i love her work so much and she has solo music too with a similar sound

I love this group so much. My goddesses BoA and TAEYEON proving why they are the Queen of K-Pop and King TAEYEON, respectively. Also loving Hyo and Karina's fire, Wendy and Seulgi's power, and Winter's sweet and playful vocals. What a group! Also, Rose sounded so much like WAP at first lol
I didn't think this album would hit that hard, i like experimental songs but step back wasn't really for me so i wasn't expecting much but this is one if my favourite album in months, the way my jaw dropped when i first heard outlaw 💀
-1 SM please close the gym SM idols have incredible physical condition and bodies. -2 SM had an incredible idea by forming "all stars" groups. - 3the vocal combo Wendy x Taeyeon x Boa is insane during the bridge -4 I already like AESPA a lot but I fell in love with Winter watching their reality show Aespa SYNK ROAD -5 have is in a pure SM style album songs like Rose and Outlaw are pure experimentation. sense that the producers of SM are always trying to be more creative. So sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. unlike producers like Teddy who is very good at a specific genre and therefore stays in it. -6 frankly we all know that SM has the best vocalists for a very long time and seeing several of them in the same group is a real pleasure. in the distribution we see that sometimes Seulgi, Wendy or Taeyeon rap a bit. but the biggest surprise for me is Boa she is a legend in this industry best dancer and good rapper but I never really paid attention to her voice she has a really powerful voice. she is the definition of the all-rounder. but all the others are also amazing Karina and Winter are as good a rapper as a singer, Hyo is an incredible dancer and rapper,Seulgi an incredible singer and dancer Wendy and Taeyeon are just goddesses -7 my favorite song is Alter ego then outlaw then stamp on it. not a fan of pink a bit too experimental for me XD.
I agree except I’d move 5&6 above 3&4. Rose has had me in a *choke hold* ever since I heard it; I can’t stop listening to it. Definitely the best track on the EP

Seulgi straight up bullied Me on this album. Halfway through "Outlaw" I was ready to give her my lunch money and lie to my parents about being picked on by a much younger woman at another school in another country.

Like after I listened to it I was just like woowwwww it's so good. Thank you for appreciating this project full of incredibly powerful women, they are soooo talented
GOT the beat really opened a new world for me with this album, and that is the place where they live as Goddess probably. Each song deserves to be as a title track, the sound of them is too good to be true! 😍🤩
Actually, Alter Ego is about, let me quote SM words : Sustainability Movement! ‘Alter Ego’, a b-side track from first mini-album, delivers an environmental protection message! So yeah.. 😅😆
your feedback about Taeyeon's high note in Goddess Level when u said u thought Winter gonna destroy it but at the back its actually Taeyeon just reminds me of your first reaction to Step Back when Taeyeon hit the high note and u r so surprise and u said, "She's the REAL BOSS!She just show you who's the boss" that was one of the reason of me subscribing to your channel lol. its been a year. what a cycle haha
This album slapped Me so hard, that when I listened to it at work, my boss pulled Me aside and asked if everything was going okay at home.😎 And seriously; Seulgi had that "I hope nobody convinced your sorry ass, that I could ever be bias-wrecked, little boy"-attitude in the mv, when she flipped her hair after the dance break 😎🐻🤘🏻
I went into this video thinking Wendy would wreck me (she did) but Taeyeon really did not come to play in this MV and she looked like an actual goddess, I was literally losing my mind. The whole mini album is packed with songs that could have been title tracks, this group just isn't fair to the rest of the industry

It's sad that people are calling this a flop and really don't understand the concept of got...they are meant to be hard hitting not soft I love the album

I love this entire album. As for Mala im pretty sure it means Bad in Spanish. They used Mañana which is Spanish as well so it wouldn’t be far of a stretch to think they’re referring to that meaning ❤
