Hey Adam I own both versions of the MSP HS and HT. I can tell you I love them both. Depending on the kind of riding I want to do here in nyc I have a good choice. My HT has really been good when playing Euc polo with Micky Evx. And days I want to go faster the HS gives me the security of knowing I have that speed headroom l. Loved your review and thank you for helping everyone in the community. I know it's a lot of work editing. But hope it makes it worth it knowing we love your work. Thank you again.
WOW.. you can afford such amazing kit, mainly because your ride doesn't cost like a BMW, and travels largely the same. Looks more and more like the RIGHT WAY to me
Great Videos... Mannn... these EUCs are a pain to try and pick one up.. I Really like that HT MSP for the versatility... but hard to pick one up.. I am paying attention to the new rides for 2021 too.. can't wait to get one.
Owning the V11, I don't think I want another wheel without suspension moving forward. The one exception however is something super small and portable like the mten3 I'm purchasing for short quick trips
I just bought an MSP C30 today from a friend and then you came out with this haha. It's a huge upgrade for me from my Tesla v2 and I'm very excited to have this wheel :)
I’ve gotten really comfortable on the KS 16x in the last few days. I was going to ask about "wobbling" under braking and can see that you are dealing with it on this wheel, I get the feeling you just have to be ready for the wobble and smooth it out as best you can. Great video 👍
I am considering between the MSX 100v and the MSP HS, is there a noticeable difference except for the light and speakers between this 2 wheels. Knowing that the MSP cost 200€ more?
Hey... are you spying on me? Or maybe a remote mind reader? First the E-bike videos, and then i talk to a friend about the MSP today... Puf! Wrooong waaaaay MSP video 🥰
Which is better MSP HS or HT ? More fun? Not RS models, these aren't interesting because of lower pedals and bearing issues, which couldnt be solved once and for all
@@slidersgliders5516 I have Tesla v2, and im still cautious pushing it over 40 kmph. On a road bike i dont feel the road the way it responds to 1 wheel
Hello, I'm learning how to ride and I notice you sometimes lift your right heel. Why do you do that and is that something I should practice? I'm on my third day and I can now ride about 10 meters. Also, should my ankle bone touch the frame at all times? It's really uncomfortable but I feel like that's what I'm supposed to do
As you get more comfortable at higher speeds, you may find that lifting a heel helps you control your speed better as it allows your lifting foot to act as an accelerator and your other foot to be used for control. I wouldn't recommend doing this on purpose though. You will likely find that if it's useful to you that you will do it naturally whenever it provides a better complement of balance and acceleration. As for your ankle...do what is comfortable. I find that I get better balance if my feet and legs touch less. I tend to get more wobbles with my ankle touching. If you do find that you like your ankle to touch, make yourself some kuji pads so you have some cushion. I only tuck my ankles in when I want to jump my EUC.
"I love the V11 but it pushes me back too much", is that because you ride so fast or some other reason? I do not anticipate riding anywhere near as fast as I see you ride!
Adam I'm sad to have to say that this "review" is amongst the very few goobly doobly gobbly double speak that I've heard from you. Are you really saying that this MSP HS (or HT for that matter) is worth buying right now in the advent of a (albeit supposedly) updated RS with the 2600w hollow bore motor? Esp since they are basically in a very similar (or close) price point? Considering the upgraded differences & especially since you haven't ridden the RS as yet, the only 'flaw' if we can call it that, is the lower pedal dihedral angle of the RS being worse for more intense offroad purposes. Other than that, I see no reason for ppl to not wait til the RS is more generally in the system with direct comparos. If it were me doing the "review" & recommending friends, I'd for sure tell them to wait for a more direct comparo before plunking down my hard earned moolah. Ofco ppl are always free to choose what they wanna do but this is what I'd tell them if it were me. Just sayin...
People are very focused on the watt number these manufacturers are putting on the motors when they aren't actually telling us what they mean or how they come up with them. 2,600 watts what? Continuously for a certain amount of time without overheating? At what ambient temperature? Under what conditions? 2,600 watts max for short bursts? Where do these motor ratings come from? Is there a certain test they're performing to come up with the number? Are all the manufacturers using the same test, if one exists? Are they just making up a number and stamping it on the motor? You can't overly focus on the motor watt rating if there's no transparency explanation for it.
Do you also know the pedals are lower? the body is bigger and wider? the body extends far into the tire so its easy to hit? that it weights 2kg more? that is even less waterproof with more pointless cuts? that there is less tire clearance to put on knobby tires? The RS is a downgrade if anything, can't provide anything that the MSP can't
Yeah, the Nikola would be perfect for you’re application. If you are a heavier rider as well, I would recommend the msp, the torque is better for a heavier rider, that’s why I love it. It depends on if you want a more torque based wheel or not
I'm 6' 7" with us14 size feet. For short city commute I got a 16x. It's a little more compact in size, great torque, great maneuverability in the city, and centered and tall (!!!!) trolley handle makes it super easy to go in buildings and to take it on the train for longer commutes. It's not as good for distance and speed, but I can still ride it comfortably at 25-28mph and do the 16 mile sprint from my house to work when I want some added fun. I expect something like the MSP or RS would be a lot more fun if regularly commuting the 16 miles, but for me that is more the exception than the rule.
