If channel or lawyer please note 3.5 crore paid by Goundamani. This construction is abandoned and incomplete and looks useless for the money paid. Now the loss should cover the 3.5 crore with interest. In addition to 1 lakh per month with interest since 15 month of time they asked to finish the construction from 1996.

In the real estate industry, personally speaking, there is no honest man involved. That industry is cut throat industry. Every Tom dick and Harry is dishonest and tries to plunder the gullible owner of the land/ house. I had 3 personal experiences. Twice, I was able to manage to handle the issues singlehandedly. The third time, I really couldn't handle it. Construction supposed to be over within 3 months had dragged on for 24 months.I had lost a significant amount in the process. The one thing I learned from this was that we must be involved personally during the process of construction and release the installment amount at every stage. I did it in the first two instances. But I was not available during the third one.
