Lots of people in San Jacinto County don't know how to communicate or understand the process. The people on the phone lines are rude and disrespectful. These people have lost their lives and are being treated like animals if the people on the phones pull up their address. I'm trying to help the people down by the river but we are being told there is no assistance. some of these people as of today still have 6 to 10 foot of water in their homes
There isn't no assistance. To them it's like nothing .he says thanks to the fellow Texans for reaching out to help .wtf what help . Energy Energy still expects the bill to be paid .ridiculous. where's the resources. No food help at all
