Where have you been all my life. This is what I needed . Been doing Dave Ramsey snow ball and I live in a apartment so now I’m just stacking on money not knowing what to do next either but a house a new car or what but I’m gonna take your advice and look Into it with a real estate agent. @@TopGMindsetCoach Absolutely! Those conversion projects are multifamily deals, not retail. Try presenting an office deal to private investors right now. Good luck! Or retail now that major anchors like Bed Bath & Beyond have filed for bankruptcy. If you want to raise private money, stick to multifamily/apartments, self storage or mobile home parks.
Mr Harris! to buy your first multi-family property regardless of units from 4-444 dont you always need your own personal capital to put towards that property?? Dont you also need descent credit as in 500 or above in addition??
