Dunno why he is shocked.. ...Boris was surrounded by people going along with his bare faced lies....and just keeping a straight face... though they knew lots of it was not true....sent out to lie then.. a few are still there just carrying on most prob.....not an easy habit to get out of!
So, Transport Secretary can't manage transport? Suella Braverman doesn't know how UK immigration system works? Micheal Gove doesn't know how hundreds of millions of £s ended up in off shore accounts?
Don't slip into complacency over government lies. Sure, they lie a lot, but if you let your response become placid in the face of it, that's when they start getting away with it
@@EyebrowsGaming I was merely stating a fact and there was nothing complacent about stating it or about the fact itself, quite the reverse if anything!
Zero hours could have been scrapped by the Blair government, they were not. That tells you all you need to know about the two main parties. There is no difference.
AGREED.... As long as there's a cheap supply of labor.... This will never end... The answer....uncomfortable for lerty lunatics... Hence...here we all are....!
@@jamescollins3647 I understand where this sentiment comes from but I find it increasingly infuriating because it’s just not even slightly true. Who gets in has a material effect on people’s lives. Labour created the national minimum wage, raising working people’s incomes. Implemented the human rights act, Tories now looking to fuck that up. Broadly increased workers, disabled and LGBT+ rights, Tories looking to roll those back even further. Labour significantly increased public spending, now we’ve had over a decade of ideological austerity. Northern Ireland!! Removed most hereditary peers from HoL. FOI act. Extra week paid holiday. Right to flexible working hours for parents etc etc Labour might be significantly more shit than they were, and we need an alternative, but there is still a fucking ocean of difference between that and the almost constant fuckery of a Tory premiership By all means continue to pressure them to be better or replace them, but voting Tory is not even vaguely an equivalent act to voting Labour, even with a Blairite leader
“Are they lying?” Immediately “yes, they are”. This is a man of and for the people, finally someone in the public sphere showing us how it can be done. No more etiquette no more good little workers, call lies what they are and call liars liars.
@@janetmalcolm6191 which is why Parliament needs tearing down and turning into something useful. Symbol of Britain? Statue of the rich anti-unionists powers over all the rest of us.
But most of the time Mr Lynch ignores the ACTUAL wealth producers and seems set on destroying progress. Times have been tough for us all, so let us all pull together (as in post war years) and stop undermining our society - be it racist or so called class bias. He has a monumental CHIP.
@@colinwishbone4437 when you are like Mick Lynch and tell the truth,it's pretty easy to do your job.unfortunantly this present government has got a vast array of liar's and that's why at the next G E they will be voted out of office, and it's all they deserve!
Well done Mick. Whenever I see a tube video featuring him it is a must see! I just love the way he nails them every time. Pleased he made the point at the end of the interview about worker rights in the UK brought about and sanctioned by the greedy Tories and their donors.
@@DougieL no he wouldn't he tells lies He knows full well why it was denied which for the record the government never refused But they did say it would cause the minimum wage workers of the UK to start demanding over 12 pounds an hour for unskilled work Then no pay rise would be worth anything
If the Tories manage to get rid of the right to strike and ruin the contracts of rail workers, do you think Starmer will do anything to rectify this? Blair did nothing to rectify the mistakes of Thatcher ( like privatising the railways, for example ), in fact he praised her. Starmer is no different. We had a chance to have someone who would try to make things better for ordinary people and we blew it. In fact, we had two. We have to hope now the current industrial action by so many sectors will provoke some kind of response from the UK public and perhaps lead to a new kind of politics with possibly even a new party.
More people are with the strikers, until it starts to hurt, then watch them turn and get behind the Government exactly as has happened previously. There is a limit to what the public will accept and in that regard the Unions walk a fine line.
@@haitch04 In times past maybe your summation would be correct but the current situation is turning back the clock. It's neo serfdom and its turning every aspect of employment on its head.
Guys I feel it's different.. There's been too much exposure of the nasty party.... They're clearly taking the pee now.., even the middle classes are tightening their belts... I hope starmer will implement changes like taxing non doms and making private schools pay their taxes and dissolving the house of lords.... But the proof is in the pudding... All I know is we cannot go on like this with what we currently have.
Maybe the next meeting should involve Lynch and the transport minister on TV live together, obviously don't tell the minister Lynch is gonna be there or he won't turn up
it is pure greed the only people who deserve a pay rise are medical staff and the fire service if anyone is not happy with their pay etc get another job nobody is forcing rail staff to stay there i have been made redundant 7 or 8 times and have never asked for a pay rise
@@karlhowsham200 medical staff get paid enough and too many managers in the nhs they will keep taking money and wasting it so sorry but you don’t know what you are talking about
@@karlhowsham200 why is it pure greed when workers leverage their collective power to get better pay, but not when employers leverage their power of economic coercion to pay workers less and keep more profits? The fact is, it's the employers who are greedy, and it always has been.
I worked for one of the ITV companies 20 years ago. And even then most of the staff were on casualised working arrangements with no job security. Researchers, Camera crews etc. It seemed only middle and senior management had actual job security. It was also extremely anti union too. No real suprise there.
Mick Lynch and the government are on the same team and are both liars. Mick Lynch never talks about the fact that inflation has been caused by the Bank of England and other central banks around the world. When you print more money you force the cost of living to increase (housing, food, electricity etc). This is the reason why food and the cost of housing have been increasing for 50 years. Notice how Mick Lynch or the politicians never talk about the central banks, taxes and increase in money supply which impacts inflation. They keep distracting people by saying profits are bad when the reality is that the bankers are causing problems by manipulating the money supply (inflation and taxes).
@@AlanReynoldsBucklandJunction Expose Mick Lynch and try to question him why he never talks about the central banks and printing of money which is the root cause of inflation. People of the country need to know that inflation and increased cost of living is caused by the central banks. Not a single banker goes to jail for destroying the working class. Mick Lynch is a puppet for the bankers which is why he and his union never talk about the bankers.
Mick is calm, clear, factual and honest. These two so-called journalists tone is horrendous. Always pro government and employers. They know who pays them and what the narrative that is expected of them.
Thank you. If only we could educate the majority of the ordinary people all over the world about trade Unions, workers rights and the gross inequality due to disunity. Eye care, dental care privatised, next is NHS if some politicians have anything to do with it.
Sa That's exactly why the hard right of the conservative party, wanted Brexit. Remove workers protection and rights in the workplace. Also health and safety regulations done away with. All this from people, who have never spent one day, in a proper place of work.
Mick Lynch should be our next Prime Minister! Gotta love the guy. The UK equivalent of EL CID. He is humble, and a very admirable, intelligent man. He sticks to his principles fighting for the good of the common man. He has got my vote! If the Magna Carta is any comparison, the Unions are repsentative of the 'noble' knights standing up for and protecting the common people from tyranny.
They've decided it'd be a good strategy to ignore it until the public turns on the unions. Here's to hoping there's still enough smart people amongst the population in an oligarchy that is increasingly uninformed by a media class that sides with the bosses.
What I want to know is when are the various news organisations going to do the same level of questioning they do to him with the rail company owners or the politicians? They only ever seem to go after him and our union leaders.
Micks the epitomy of someone who actually knows what he's talking about&reiterates the "honest" position of the people he represents as opposed to Politicians who are supposed to represent us the people but alas they only represent a very small proportion of our Society the top 10% in all their guises who CONTROL GOV who although elected in an apparent Democracy to represent us quite simply dont!
The plan strike is supposed to end on December 17th so they'll still have their Tori Christmas with just Tiny Tim's money to spend. so I hope the tory media can shut up about that for once.
Need more people like Mick Lynch in all union's with actual backbone work would be more enjoyable with decent pay f the government they're robbing the coffers whilst they can
Mr Lynch is not a lightweight .Whenever this gentleman is interviewed by Television or Radio Show Presenters. He eloquently puts accross whatever he says !
Mick interrupted him, here's what he wanted to say "including in this studio".. "alright let's move on quickly before the peasants start getting ideas about workers rights"
Sadly workers are been rubbed in the mud. I have been campaigning for nearly 4 years to get improvements to our young people mental health services, or should I say the lack of. The situation is dire. Fair play Mick, keep fighting for the rights of workers. I am fully behind you and those that you represent
As soon has he said Transport secretary is a shareholder in network rail. it’s easy to put 1n1 together to now that it was the government who stopped it
Fair play to Mick for being so close to all the lying and cheating and disdain towards working people and keeping his cool. I watch a few youtube videos and I feel like dusting off the guillotine.
Best straight answers I have ever seen on mainstream media. Is it written in their brief that the guest never questions the salary, terms and conditions of the presenters that like to think that they go in hard with the questioning?
