It’s B Dorian and B blues/pentatonic. Dorian is like minor pentatonic with added 9 (or 2) and 6, so B Dorian is B, C#, D, E, F#, A, and B, with the “blue note,” F in this case, thrown in.
I say Jimmy should join Govt Mule. My favorite all time band is the Phil Lesh Quintet (not counting early 70's Grateful Dead), and I'd say Jimmy is having alot more fun playing with Warren than with WSP - who always look so bored these days.
