Level 4 is the lowest possible level with fully upgraded weapons. To do a true level 1 I'd have to go through the game all over again on GMGOW without upgrading my weapons and do all the other Berserkers, again, without upgrading my weapons. So while it may happen at some point, I'm definitely not doing it now 😅.
I think you'd have to be lv 2 or 3 since when you get the spear it's automatically lv 5 or something. I don't think you can beat all the beserkers without getting the spear.
I just dont understand why there is no new game plus like wtf i ove this game i beat the sister being lvl 5 but i just wish there was abit more all these sick ass weapons and no ome to fight them with they need a new game plus

I would also suggest you watch SMVR. He is a big GoW content creator. If you want to watch some absolutely beautiful gameplay without it simply being someone destroying bosses, I suggest you check him out. By far my favorite.

Thanks a lot! Honestly wasn't that bad at Level 4 but I am doing the same with Gna right now but at Level 1 and oh boy, I didn't expect the difference between level 4 and level 1 to be this big.
I wish they let you choose the level of your gear even after you upgrade them, would really like to try this fight, anyways very impressive. red health bar enemies seem to take less damage, less status buildup, more resistance to stun, do more damage, and have more health.
Absolutely, that's exactly what I was thinking of when I was trying to lower my level as much as possible. I searched for the option to do that but as you said, there is no such thing unfortunately.

This is what I like hombre, constant hack and slash with the classic og shield parry follow up. That's how I did it, that's how I like to see the gameplay rather than those constant runic attack spams which drain the healthbar before you know it. Keep it up 👑
Thank you man, I also dislike speed kills since it's more build and RNG related than skill related. I suggest you check out SMVR for this kind of gameplay and even speed kills but done beautifully. He is the goat imo.
Thank you! You can parry pretty much every attack in the game except red rings and blue ring attacks. There are also some exception on normal attacks but you can simply block those. Everything else is able to be parried.
i did sigrun lvl 1 in gow 2018 on gmgow ng+ which supposedly gives some new attacks , i tried doing it because it was possible , but doing all the other berserker fights especially the 2 on 1 and the 3 on 1 im not going to do that theirs sooooooo much bullshit in these fights in how they are designed and balanced to a level where its not fun plus the fight themselves arent even fun to begin with , the fight with sigrun and the other Valkyries were actually fun to do ((except the one that summons enemies)) especially sigrun atleast for me. anyway enough about my ranting that was some seriously impressive work dude
I did Sigrun level 1 as well on GMGOW but not NG+. I get what you are saying about some of the Berserker fights but I feel like they are decently well programmed to not attack you all at the same time. Even if they are, hey, I still actually enjoy it 😂. So I will try some sort of challenge (level 1 if even possible).

Seriously. The Valkyries were a good challenge without feeling like the game is punishing you for exploring. These berserker things ain't as fun exactly cause of the things you described

Not putting down this achievement but the Berserker King looks surprisingly easy compared to Sigun. Like he stops for s little while whereas Sigun, even on the easy mode was full on barrage of attacks as well as, as everyone remembers, the move where she stomps on you. literally. Took me 14 attempts to kill her in God of War whereas I got Berserker King on attempt 5 with a different build.

That is normal. Don't forget that I didn't beat him at level 4 the 1st time. Don't compare yourself to RU-vidrs who put hours into games to get good. It's just a matter of if you decide to go for it.
It obviously wasn't first try. This was just the successful run. Although it wasn't as difficult as I expected. Gna at level 1 however, definitely was.
Kratos is just a Chad by default. He doesn't need me handling him. However, I should have uploaded Gna at Level 1 within 24 hours and my dodging has improved a lot since this After that, it will be time for this guy to get the Level 1 treatment 😎
I just beat the king and it felt so fucking good, one thing that kept pissing me off is I used the leviathans roar runic attack which gives you invincibility for a time but one of those fucking orbs one shot me right as the invincibility wore off
I prefer using quick runics in difficult fights so I can get them out quickly and use them to stagger the berserker from time to time. I feel like longer runics leave you more exposed.
As far as I know those don't change. The attacks that are red or yellow in very easy will be the same in GMGOW and vice versa. What changes is enemy health, damage, behavior and the level up mechanic.

Yeah I beat all the berserkers first try, that one I had to pull every trick out my sleeve... I went beyond 💀 I was going crazy on them. You take the big one out first and then after that if you memorized the other twos attacks I kept out the spear and kept parrying and dodging. Then after killing a second one it's all down hill with the last, I was toying around with the last one because she couldn't even lay a finger on me; I just executed her 🥱 that one and the bifrost berserker were ridiculous. But I killed the bifrost one with relative ease, bifrost only hurts you if you managed to get hit... But who said you'd be able to even touch me? 😂
1. It's called dodging 2. It's called parrying 3. It's a visual glitch that happens quite often with that specific attack when you dodge it slightly earlier than you should 4. It's called invincibility frames that Guardian Shield gives after a during and after a Parry. Happens like 300 times during the vid. All of these you can replicate yourself as many times as you want. Go ahead and try it.
Not particularly no. Believe it or not, Berserker King and Gna at Level 4 didn't take that many tries. It was Heimdall at Level 1 who took tons. Even tho I consider it a much easier fight.
I had the most trouble with the two berserkers fight, and they were the first berserkers I fought. Took about 30- 40 tries. The 3 took maybe 10 or 12. Haven't fought the king yet but for some reason he seems easier than the two berserkers.
I am not sure about how I feel about that but I have already killed the 2 Berserkers at level 1 and now I'm trying fir the trio fight. After that it's time for the King but at level 1 this time.
@@AJDC_5 yeah you're out here doing what most people can't lol. And when I fought the two berserkers the first time both aggro on me, but the second time I played them I had breathing room cuz of Atreus. I fought the king after this post and for me was definitely easier than the two of them

I have already done Gna at Level 4. I have been trying level 1 for the last couple of days and the difference between level 4 and 1 is huge. But I'll get it eventually 😤
It depends honestly. I don't think there is an objectively best shield. My favorite is the Dauntless because I like parrying and it also goes perfectly with the attachment that gives you a cool down boost every time you parry. But all shields are really good for their purpose.
I am not pro But the last berserker was the easiest i find that Trio and those 2 Harder than last one i was around Level 7 earlier stage when i was fighting them.
I find the last berserker being the easiest an exaggeration but I get what you mean. However, I did just beat the duo berserkers level 1in GMGOW Difficulty, so feel free to check that out if you are interested.
@@vynrix90 I didn't dodge it. Guardian Shield gives you complete invincibility while parrying and during the attack after the parry. No matter what hits you during that window, has no effect.
@@AJDC_5 Wow, that was a wholesome reply. Thank you. I platinumed the game recently, but not on GMGOW. I’ll get to it eventually. Just extremely busy in the winter time with work, but I still wanted to try everything out while I could. I’ll go back once New Game+ releases. I’ll never have the patience to reach this level though. Being deliberately underleveled and can be one shot at any point, but fighting with sheer determination. That’s a lot of patience, practice and an understanding of every movement possible that is just amazing.

I was using the Niflheim set for bonus melee damage when above 75% health, The Alfheim set which empowers the the next attack after a last second dodge and then the Emblem of the 9 realms which increases damage during Realm Shifts, The Kinetic Resilience where combo finishers give you extra charge for Permafrost, Immolation and Maelstrom And lastly the Attuned Runic Gem which increases Runic attack when Permafrost, Immolation or Maelstrom are fully charged.
