Looks awesome! Good to know even here in Stonington, Ct (RI border on the coast). We do get winter but a bit milder than Augusta. Cheers!

How does Roccobox maintain stone temperature? How many pizzas can be baked consecutively, and how long does it take for it to return to 750-800°F after a temperature drop?

This is great, just what I needed to see. I'm next door in New Brunswick and just got a new Roccbox which I want to try out today. One question - after you put the pizza in, it looked like you adjusted the temperature. Did you turn up to High or turn down to Medium? Thanks!

Nice! I pretty much always have it on high while it’s cooking a pizza. But that will partly depend on your dough. I have a “master the Roccbox” video that might be helpful too. Thanks for checking out the video! Cheers, Jesse
