Thanks for your reply. How difficult was it to start on a really cold morning with a low battery? How long did you need to keep choke out when really cold? What would it pull up a very steep hill like when the engine's really cold?
What did your mini start like on a cold morning, when it hadn't been used for quite some time,? Would it start first thing in the morning without choke?
If the fuel hadnt gone stale and the battery was charged up it would start just like this. If the battery is low or the fuel stale, you're fighting yourself. Cold starts on any carbureted vehicle always require the choke to be used.
