the use of heated instrument doesnt cause apical extrusion ? im imagining it as if we are doing warm compaction ,,,

If we think that we have extruded some debri in the apical area we shld palce calcium hydroxide beyond apical area only in the canal?

Sir , when i take radiograph with mastercone my gp was at working length...but after obturation it went 3-4 mm short... patient is asymptomatic as of now...should i remove go and re-obturate it or let it be in that way?

Sir I m a beginner dental surgeon.i want to discuss a case of RCT in which I think after seeing radiogragraph there is perforation in furcation area .can I prepare crown over it.it is gross class 2caries .patients done RCT by another dentist and meet me for crown but radiograph indicates perforation in furcation area.please suggest me.
