Sir, I’m doing only closed dressings even in non vital teeth especially molars when there is no pus discharge. Though I checked apical patency, bmp till atleast 20k in all canals, patients are having pain the next day. My boss who is pedodontist is angry on me that why are you giving closed dressing in non vital tooth.
Sir any recommendation for ultrasonic tip? Which is most useful and how to use it pls post seprate video? And also how to use d finder to clear ledge? Because my d finder always break during prep or clearing ledge
I would like to share my opinion on buying all these sir Dg16, C file, ball burnisher, endo sonic tip are all really worthy. Am using it for one year EVER SINCE I WATCHED THIS CLIP. But Zirc mirrors they undergo wear and tear a lot. I strongly believe it's very pricey and not so durable!

Revered sir i had rct in LR6 but after some years I had developed a hard non tender painless swelling in my mandible ( buccal cortical plate had swollen lingual side is fine) the oral surgeon advised extraction (december 2023). It's been months( April 2024 : 4 months roughly) My question is , is it possible for this swelling to go away ? I was being told give it time it will sit otherwise if its causing cosmetic issue then surgery is the treatment. But I'm confused it's been months I still have that swelling
Sir , when i take radiograph with mastercone my gp was at working length...but after obturation it went 3-4 mm short... patient is asymptomatic as of now...should i remove go and re-obturate it or let it be in that way?
If there is a v small discharge after using paper... As the tip of paper shows a bit wetness... Does it mean we need to clear canal again.. There is presence of infected pulp tissues yet...

Sir, what shall the treatment plan for a tooth associated with periapical granuloma be? Is it mandatory to go for extraction or can safe the tooth by non surgical endo?
