This is a great movie loosely based on Carole Kings story and the famous Brill Building where a lot of the hits of the day were written.

I was a teenager when this movie came out. I remember seeing the trailer for it back then but I never actually watched it. I will check it out some time. has a great cast and looks good.

I love that guy that narrates the trailer, great trailer voice. I wonder if he still does trailers cause I love his voice. Great movie. Great music.

Dear brother Matt,John and my dear niece Illeana, nice to see you guys, no dancin' but fishin' no smokin' but rock 'n' roll,fishing is considered to be the best activity, ever, everyone should be fishing actually, so anyways, even though early rock 'n'n roll and hipster era were all about dancin' today with the modern metal music era we rather bang our heads instead in order to solve our dandruff problems. That records company manager something dude in this film was lookin' so much alike Abraham Lincoln and also reminded me of uncle Sam's join the army poster a little bit. ı don't like those sort of commercial guys wandering around with their fancy suits and ties pal, that's why ı love undergrounds stuff,you know, of course we have some exceptions such as the decased Ahmet Ertegun of Atlantic Records (Led Zeppelin,etc.), Phil Spector and some other few guys, they were nice fellas in particular, but the rest of 'em, screw 'em all and their all commercial crap bro but ı'm pretty confident about my musical ear actually by the way and i think this wonderful movie was consisting of so many wonderful songs,singles, and talented vocals and especially female vocals, there were some melodies that have reminded me of bands like The Beach Boys,The Beatles,Elvis,Amy Winehouse, New Orleans blues and so on, in this movie we have a fictional charachter,a hot chick with the name Denise Waverly even though she's a pretty talented and cool performer she sacrifices hersel for the sake of other teenager talents and start to compose music but on the other hand she ruined her private life and family, the guy even commited suicide finally you know this chick screwed the whole thing up man, so anyways, ı like Scorsese movies coz some of his movies include a bit of Rock 'n' Roll soul for the least pal, so closer to my heart you know.adios muchas
