Gracie Fields own personal favourite film with Monty Woolley A delightful union of these two stars, who went on to appear in Molly And Me.
The film is from Arnold Bennett's Buried Alive, An artist(Woolley) returning from abroad, takes on the role of his valet, to escape press coverage. Priam Farrell passes away on his way back to the England, The confusion who is the real Farrell continues, Complications between Farrell and his ex wife, and his Butlers girl friend cause mayhem.
(Fields) is in fine form in this film, and the screen sparkles between both of the stars.
