@@stefanmarchione6757Wal-mart does too in their "great value" brand. They also have a version of the tagalong/peanut butter patty as well. Both cookies are bangers.
The “Samoas” by me have always been called “Caramel Delights” on the packaging and still is. I live on the West Coast, so maybe that’s why they’re named differently. They switched out to a wrapper packaging instead of the box like his too. They’re definitely the best ones though.
Each troop has to get their cookies from either ABC Bakers or Little Brownie Bakers. ABC Bakers has caramel deLites, peanut butter sandwich, and peanut butter patties; whereas Little Brownie Bakers calls those same cookies Samoas, Do-Si-Dos, and Tagalongs.
Girl Scout cookies have been around forever and we’re a spoiled society at this point. The cookie isle and bakeries have surpassed them making them a thing of the past. They have become overrated overtime. R.I.P. 🕯️
They went to Palm Oil from Butter back in 2020 for costs and now they are replacing sugar cane sugar with corn syrup. Not all of them have corn syrup just the ones with more expensive ingredients to keep the cost down per box like the Somoas. The taste is still good enough to eat a box but it is nothing to go out of your way anymore for unless it is the Lemon Ups. Fun Fact - Lemon Up's are the only ones left that still use real butter over Palm Oil. So if you want to taste what they were really like before 2020 eat the lemon up's with real butter.
When my daughter was in GS, the lemon cookies were called Lemonades, guess Beyoncé spoiled that😂😂😂😂😂 But those were always my favorite, freeze them and get 2 with a cup of coffee. Samoas were my second choice!!!
@MamotteLollpop123 Same🤭❤️ and I loved my thin mints in the freezer. Back to Nature has a thin minty cookie that is a great substitute, better ingredients, and cheaper
@@infrared6973 that’s the thing I never understood about them. I’ve always loved mint chocolate and I would’ve thought that it would be a cookie that I would love but for some reason I have never liked them. My parents and my wife absolutely love them and they love them right out of the freezer as well.
It's crunchy THATS STUPID!!! how is it brownie inspired but it's crunchy!!! Even the cream is hard why is the cream hard??? That is the stupidest thing 😂😂😂😂
All GS cookies have gone to 💩 since the turn of the century. They used to taste good 25 years ago, but now they taste anywhere from chemically-flavored sawdust to dehydrated midden heap. YuCk!!!!!
Not only are trefoils ranked last but lemonups..... lemonups tied for best. How to discredit your flavor pallet in under 5 min☝️. Just giving you shit love your content.
I like the trefoils simply because of their basicness. They’re great ground up in vanilla ice cream. Now I’m in Texas so our Girl Scout cookie bakery is basically owned by Keebler’s. It’s a bit different but lemonades from there are good shit.
Wait... huh??? Anyway. Some of those arr good being eaten in other ways. Freeze the peanut butter patty & the mints, Break up the Trefoils over desserts, maybe microwave the brownie ones. And Keebler copied them. 😅 there are the cookies that are the staples, then the others change by region. Let's see if we can get you the other cookies ro try... (can you tell I use to work for them)😂
I think the do si dos are gluten free, which may explain the texture. Also I LOVE the lemon ups. And was disappointed with the brownie inspired one. I was expecting a soft chewy brownie top and a cookie bottom
The S’mores and Adventurefuls were meant to be heated for 10-15 seconds. I leave you with that. Side note: The Samoas and Thin Mints are true and untested classics.
