Do you know how to designate the status of endometrial uterine cancer in terms of ranking its degree of spread or aggression? This is the stuff that makes all the difference between one cancer and another. It’s the reason now two cancers are ever quite the same. So it helps to understand a bit about these ranking systems. Can a cancwr spreas from uterus to just anywhere in the body but the ovary and cervix are unaffected.

Present and ready! I'd give you some of the yummy monster cookies I made, but they're not vegan.... I follow another practicing gyno who wrote a book. She's good, but doesn't go into the minute details you do. My cancer was in a polyp, which I discovered was quite rare. It was Stage 1a. I'll need to look at the grade on the report. I'm kinda thinking when the ultrasound was done they saw something, but wasn't exactly sure if it was. Question: do they always remove the ovaries as well, or so some get to keep their ovaries?

Handling of the ovaries depends on many different things that are specific to each individual situation. This is true of surgeries for both benign and malignant conditions.

Can one have a grade 1 endometrial cancer and a high stage at the same time, or does the grade 1 indicate that it hasn't spread and it would then be a low stage cancer? I have endometrial cancer at a grade 1. Going in for a total abdominal hysterectomy in 2 days.

Grade and stage are two completely different things. You can have any grade with any stage.

All cancers can spread to other organs. That's what the word "metastatic" means. Stage 4 is metastatic.

What does it mean when they say "Serous Carcinoma of endometrium considered as Differential Diagnosis"..?

"Differential Diagnosis" refers to all the possibilities for a particular disease. It could be this one or that one.

I have another question. What does it mean usually " Subcentrimetric left paraartic nodes " . Can this be benign? Even though if the person has endometrial adenocarcinoma?
