Graduate Explains How Hampshire Helped Her Find Her Purpose 

Alum and James Baldwin Scholar Daliza Nova 06F explains how Hampshire College enriched her skills and passions while encouraging her to pursue real solutions to the world’s pressing problems. “You have an opportunity to do amazing things and truly figure out what your purpose is. And there’s no place that will help you do that like Hampshire.” She is the project director for the Massachusetts Minority Business Development Agency, a new federal agency that promotes minority businesses.
