You can't in one breath say the tail wags the dog and then in the next blame the current manager for a culture he has inherited from previous managers. Jordan's comments on the 1970s are simply wrong. True he took them down, but Tommy Doc built a really good team. Won the FA Cup (when that trophy really mattered) and came close to winning the league. If he had stayed beyond 1977 I am certain United would have won the league by the end of that decade.
