Can you believe there’s a whole community of Simpsons fans who don’t remember Maggie ever being in the show?

This was really the only time that I can recall when Graggle Simpson actually helped Homer solve the situation. In most of the episodes Graggle just seemed to be there to annoy Barney.

Why is footage of Graggle so rare these days? He was literally one of the main characters of the show

When they digitally removed Graggle from the episodes we were not supossed to talk about it, after all it was a bootable offence. I'm glad people finally stood up and are refusing to pretend anymore.

Graggle truly at his finest in this episode. He helped Bart and Homer's relationship from crumbling to pieces, though he was intitally brought to keep the peace. Getting them to open up and have that heart to heart before they found the Krusty Burger on that oil rig, it was realyl touching.

Well we all know that the main characters are the Simpsons,but i believe the main character of the family is obviously Homer because he is in every episode and Springfield mostly talks about homer in some episodes

Remember that episode when graggle said "It's gragglin time" and him and Homer built a whole shed in a cool montage? That was one of my favorite moments

I think it was the FCC that said all cartoons had to have at least 28 seconds of educational material, like in Bart The General where Bart recommends going to the library to learn about wars in the past. When educational material was needed, it usually deferred to Graggle, as they were unsure about his character. Was he comic relief or a wise voice of reason? Often he was required to be both. Unfortunately, my VHS tapes of the original broadcasts have deteriorated, but if I can get them up and running, we can get the lost Graggle scenes in their entirety.

This looks like the VHS effect you would probably would see in Lo-Fi or one of those vaporwave vids.

You know the voiceover at the end of the episode "das bus" that was put there seemingly as a joke because they didn't have an ending. But they did, and it involved graggle. That ending was edited in later after the infamous executive push.

honestly i think whoever made this did a really good job on this. Before ANYBODY in the replies starts saying hE wAs alWayS thErE again: First of all. No he wasnt. You know that. I know that. The story of Graggle is that (if he actually did once exist) he used to be a self insert for Matt. He was quickly erased from the series because his presence simply didnt make any sence. Like why would there be a third adult in the house and he looks too old to be a child. Plus if he was apart of the family it wouldnt make any sence since he doesnt look like any of the other family members. Also he doesnt have any clothes wich is something other characters still would notice and if not. Lets be honest here it would be weird having a dude walk around naked the whole time while all the others have clothes on. So, I do know Groening did put some characters from/inspired by his early works (e.g. the weird bunny thing from Life In Hell) into The Simpsons, but I've never gone down that rabbit hole and I don't intend to anytime soon. Please note: I'm not remotely expecting to get a genuine answer, and honestly I doubt I could recognise it even if I did.
