@Monster Handler Amaturatzu THAT IS NO EXCUSE! GRAGGLE IS A FAN MADE CHARACTER! DO I HAVE TO SHOW YOU THE SNOPES ARTICLE TO PROVE I’M TELLING THE TRUTH?
What's really sad is Graggle was always a sweet and friendly character. He only said that in the episode because Barney gave him the evil capsule, because he was jealous that Homer was spending all of his time with Graggle. They could've just removed the episode, but they chose the nuclear option instead (which was ironic, because the episode before was about Graggle organizing the Springfield Nuclear Disarmament Rally).
@@captainalex8003 You know, I thought about it, I then couldn't even stop myself from giving it some consideration. It was a slippery slope, I apologize.
I personally remember watching the show back in 1927. It was the first show to ever exist. When I got my first TV (Simpsons machine as it was called back then) it was so good, everyone would talk about it, even the oldest show ever Adventure time and invader zim referenced it back in 1952. Graggle was everywhere. But then… this video explains it all. The show has never been the same since
Everything you said is FULL OF MISINFORMATION. Graggle is a fan made character. The Simpsons did not come out until the 1980s, and it was NOT the first show to exist. Adventure Time didn’t come out until 2010, and Invader Zim did not come out until 2001. Everyone knows all of what I said.
This guy knows his Graggle. I personally stopped watching right around the 1964 season due to the McCarthy-era pink listing of Smithers and the unnecessary, politically motivated, removal of Dr. Martin Luther Monroe.
Ever since I was young I’ve felt we’ve all only ever known a caricature of Graggle, that we’ve been deprived by the corporations of his true personality. In the age of chaos and misinformation Graggle was the only constant and now he’s been taken away from us. This guy knows Graggle, and he has clearly gone through painstaking effort to provide us with evidence of his existence despite the corporations best efforts to pretend he never existed. I’ll always remember you Graggle.
I remember my dad talking about Graggle Simpson. He said that he was funny character and how he was his favorite, he stills questions why they got rid of them
I remember graggle actually. It was 1999. Toilets were just invented, and world war -1 ended. Simpson season 89 episode 0 was airing. Graggle said to me “have you ever heard of RAID shadow legends, or nord vpn, or surfshark vpn?” I turned off my IMAX tv and went to bed. Scariest encounter of my life(2 years)
You know that is a bunch of nonsense! Toilets were around WAY before 1999! There is no Season 89 episode 0 of anything! Raid Shadow Legends, Nord VPN, and Surfshark VPN did not exist in the 1990s! That's such a beautiful episode, really. I think the year's a little off, I think it was 1932 actually. The radio show had been going on for a couple of years, at least. I really wish Graggle was a part of the animated series so we could have episodes like that again.

I remember Graggle and miss him dearly. However, I still think he would have been banned sooner if people knew about what his voice actor was doing back in July 15th 1957. I guess the police never bothered to dig near Alexander Hamilton Elementary School.

I think one of the most touching episodes of the Simpsons is the one where Graggle confessed that he felt that he was a burden on the family, since he could never be employed because of his appearance. He tried to move away but got refused from the homeless shelter. Homer ended up finding him behind the Bowlarama. It's been a long time since I watched it, and I haven't been able to find the episode anywhere. It's one of those episodes that you can only understand why it's great if you see it.
I’ll still never forget the scene in the now banned 2 hour special where Graggle went “It's Gragglein' time.” And proceeded to Graggle all over the place.

Shame that Graggle was removed. His WWI dedicated episode released in 1918 is what helped me with my double whammy of shell shock and the Spanish Flu. To this day I still quote his famous line of "And worst of all? THE GERMANS STOLE MY ONION DIP!" in the most inopportune times.

I do miss Gragle Simpson, he was one of the only characters that was ok with being naked on national Television and for that I respect him for showing body positivity.
Graggle is the only character on Simpsons that was able to make me cry. His episode when he stopped Barney from dying of alcohol poisoning moved me to tears, because I grew up in a family of alcoholics, and the episode really hit close to home... I wish I had a Graggle in my life growing up! If it wasn't for Graggle, my neighborhood never would have collectively given up all the hard drugs that were ruining the place. The episode where Graggle became "Graggle-Man" and then said "it's Graggleing time!", and then proceed to push all the drug dealers out of Springfield was so inspiring! The people in my neighborhood even started saying "It's Graggleing time!" when fighting dealers! Still can't believe the Graggle 3D beat-em-up was canceled in favor of Simpsons Hit and Run. Graggle was always a problematic character. I remember in the original run of that new york episode infact the frame she shown in the video that was a scene where Graggle remarked to Homer "I hate new york and those twin towers, on the 9th of September 2001 i will fly two planes into these buildings." Fun fact: in the early days of the show, before color tv, Graggle was rumored to be pink unlike the other Simpsons. That rumor was proven untrue in the special technicolor episode from 1949 when Graggle first appeared in vibrant yellow.
I remembered the episode where graggle started the biggest forst fire in North America every one said he was the biggest gas lighter of all time because he used gass to start the fire
Honestly that one was a classic. Had some pretty deep themes about personal responsibility on the global stage and how it only takes a single well-meaning person’s mistake to start a far-reaching catastrophe. They even got the rights to Billy Joel’s 1939 hit “We Didn’t Start The Fire”. Now you’re getting me nostalgic. Classic Simpsons truly was ahead of its time

The Simpsons takes me back. I especially liked their 300th comic book (they did a comic every year which is as long as one of the seasons your used too today) In 9 B.C and they asked some of the fans to create the 6th member of the family. I decided to enter a character as you may know as graggle. I remember the first movie of The Simpsons (1812) and they credited me for the creation of graggle. And in the second one (1822) Graggle only made a slight appearance in the movie. They still credited me. And I remember in (1900) graggle being murdered by another fan character. graggle reminds me a lot of heisenbones, who was removed from breaking bad after an episode aired of him crashing a plane into a building. 9/11 happened shortly after this episode aired, so they edited it so that it was changed to the 2 planes crashing into each other, and heisenbones was nowhere to be seen. he would shortly be removed from the entire show. it's a real shame, considering he was a very in-depth character who developed a lot throughout the show, with his heroic sacrifice being the culmination of his growth as character.
