All of the JRM drivers had plenty opportunity, the difference is Jr. told them to win it fairly and not to dump the 54. Unlike Ty Gibbs and nearly everybody involved with with JGR/23XI/Toyota in Xfinity and Cup, Dale has class and high standards and requires his drivers to live up to that.

Did he win on paper yes. Did he deserve it no. In my opinion he should have been fined points coming into today. You have forgotten more about sportsmanship, fairness and being a decent human being than that squirrelly little PUNK will will ever know. Gragson has done his fair share of stupid stuff and will probably continue to, but he mans up more than that little pit squeak does. He will have a tough season next year in Cup, but maybe the addition of Jimmie Johnson will energize Petty GMS and he will have a great teammate in Erik Jones.

Nascar needs to get it together. Ty shouldn't have even been able to start the race. If you've ran more than 7 Cup races before going full time in the Cup series, you're not eligible for ROTY. Noah ran 18 Cup races this season and Gibbs ran 15. So neither are eligible for ROTY.

yea he went right for the blame on his crew, yet said nothing about making a driving mistake that took him out of the lead. He will eat sht next year too and he will see Ty more often out his windshield. Gragson is not that talented, it's juts that the 9 team is the best team out there.
