Guys let's be real, a guy who coached Chelsea isn't going to want to coach our current shit storm. And honestly ETH chances are slim as well. The Italian guy is the most realistic option.

Kenny Tete, Justin Kluivert, Gustavo Hamer, Christian Eriksen, Richedly Bazoer, Arsen Zakharyan (Real Sociedad), Sheraldo Becker. This is my Transfer list for Ajax who can make instant impact and next year become champions. I would offload Henderson, Taylor, Sutalo (with min loses), Bergwijn.

I share the fear of EyeJax that Ajax is probably going to end up with Pascal Jansen, if he doesn't find another club first that is. Of course I'll take Jansen as coach above Frank de Boer any day (or coaches similar to him should Farioli be like that) but thats lesser evilism. I stand with my choice for Fred Grim. Sahbi saying that Ajax has no time to build the coming year has been said every year since Ten Hag left. Ajax always had to compete at Champions League level and get results. That is why Ajax hired former Ten Hag assistant Schreuder for continuity. Not for a rebuild. A rebuild with Steijn was also never in the books. If there was any moment for a rebuild then it is the coming year so we can see the real Ajax again and later reap the rewards. Otherwise the demise will just drag on.

@@luke_wetalk It'll be foolish to just keep on marching on the same path when that path is a dead end. So lets start from scratch and build on the principles of what makes Ajax Ajax. (And for me that is more than just superficial things like the shirt or the logo. Personally I feel that some fans are way too invested in these trivialities.)

Also I was thinking...I say the front three if we can hold on to brobbey, should be godts, bro-beast, and rijkoff. Players that aren't going to train and give 100% to the club need to go. And the coach should coach not try to be people's friend. Fight when you train, train to win, and play like you train on match day. Lastly we should be honest that the last two years have hurt our credibility in addition to our standings on the European stage.

I'm not sure if he has. But the one thing I love about those guys is they 100% work. They aren't the typical crop of young players that think "I'm here why am I not getting consistent minutes"? That's a hand out mentality. I can't stand that and the one thing I feel is a problem in the club is that idea. "Just show up and I'll play first team minutes". The coach is the other part. If the coach is any good, he should be able to train and implement tactics. Lastly the thing I found irritating about the last couple of episodes is speculating who could be a good fit for the coach. I'll say this and it's not a shot at anyone on the podcast, at Ajax we mold future star players, not coaches. Just my opinion.

English newspaper came with an article that potter turned down Ajax offer. Just sit to listen how good our probable coach is , and found that news ))) makes this podcast irrelevant(((( Hope no farioli no ETH, and no bullshit like Stijn style Dutch coach with that bullshit overperformer with Sparta background .
