They even have people who steal family pets to have them killed.. They don't believe in having animals as pets so much so, they'd rather them all be dead... They're a front for animal abuse and genocide, masquerading as a charity that cares about animals well being...

I can remember the croc's name. It was Mary. I just can't seem to find the episode. Steve went into the water to pull her out, and sat on the bank openly weeping, and talking about her personality- how she was a pro mom, protecting her clutch every year. The voice-over pointed out that even though there were other crocs in the water within the enclosure, none tried to tag him. Honestly, it was one of the saddest things I've ever seen. It was like intruding onto someone's private grief.
In this segment Crocodile Hunter demonstrates what is used now to transport them The Crate. The Crate is much safer but you still have to catch them before you put them in. How they get them in today is the rope is still attached and it runs through a hole in the back. After the wranglers wrestle the croc they pull the rope through and jump off or they will land in the crate and get eaten. It has happened before but the Irwins always get the croc and no one gets hurt.

9:00 There is a right way to catch a croc and put them in The Crate and there is a wrong way. This is the wrong way the jaws are not secured with snare lines, there are no wranglers wrestling Blue, and the ropes are not ran through the box. Toby almost got bit today to avoid what happened here Toby, Brian, Wes, and Rob lure the croc out on land then the snare ropes are placed over the jaws. Once the ropes are secure duck tape is place on the jaws and the croc is blindfolded and the ropes are ran into the box. When they are ready the tape is cut, the wranglers jump off, the blindfold is removed, and the croc is pulled into the crate and the lid is secured before the rope is cut. Today Blue lives in the Crocoseum with Tara his mating partner and he has grown big and Rob just feed him a week ago. Cassie on the other hand since she was naughty she was put in isolation. After Connie died Acco married her and they live in their own pen behind the Crocoseum but they don't take part in the shows.
Cassie is a naughty croc. She is picky with her lovers She mated with two of them might have killed one and she injured Blue and Sharka before she moved in with Scrappa. A few years ago Acco The Lawnmower Eater lost his wife Connie so Cassie moved in with him. As of 2019 Cassie is living with Acco The Lawnmower Eater.

this is all part of taking care of crocs when a croc is young they can live in Graham's old pen but when they get big it is moving day and it is off to the Crocoseum where they will live in a larger pen and take part in feeds and gladiator fights all to give us knowledge on crocs.
