I have tried all the settings on my new Lattisima and can honestly say that I love all of them. The Creatista is a very sleek and professional looking machine. Love the comparison video and thank you for information as always.
Really glad you're happy with it! There are so many different machines out now aren't there, just hope the videos are helping to show the differences a bit.
One friendly suggestion: PLEASE buy a small microphone that will cancel all that hall noise and it will be more pleasurable experience while watching your videos. BTW great content! 👍
Great job, again as usual. Enjoy the Creatista Plus. Not sure if you remember or not, but I advised in an earlier comment about my friends owning a Gran Lattissima. Soon after I purchased the Creatista Plus, they stated they preferred the taste and overall control of this machine. They then went and purchased one for themselves. Now we both get the same great taste whether we are at their place or they come to ours. That being said, we recently ventured into the world of SuperAuto's and purchased a Gaggia Cardona Prestige. A bean to cup machine. Freshly ground beans takes espresso to a whole other level. I'm just sayin...............lol.
Cheers! Haha, yeah I keep hearing about bean to cup machines. There's so much available in the coffee world isn't there, what a huge industry. As you can probably tell I'm really impressed with the plus so far, looking forward to using it more and hopefully comparing it to the pro soon! Enjoy your bean to cup, one for the future for me I think.
Hello. I am think about the machines automatic like, De'Longhi Magnifica S Cappuccino Smart, model ECAM23260, with LatteCrema System. Do you hear about her, its good choice or the Gaggia Cardona Prestige its betther choice? thank you, I hope you see my question. How you decided for upgrad your machine? did you like the Creatista when you used? Than you again
You've just helped me with my decision to get the Nespresso Creatista Plus! I'm still using the Nespresso Essenza for the past 12 years and it's time for an upgrade. Going to wait for the customer service here in Portugal to see if I can get a discount because my wife and I have dumped thousands into the company and any discount would be great. Cheers mate 👍🏼
@@A2BProductions cheers mate. I got a response today and they said if I buy another 300 capsules, they'll give a discount LOL. Going to have to wait for Santa money 👍🏼
Great review and these were my final 2 choices of machine so I definitely made the right choice with the creatista, having played around with it for a couple of days for cappuccino you can do seperate milk froth seperate and drop in an expresso shot and spoon on the foam
Thanks again for another Fab review, had my aeroccino 4 delivered today used it a couple of times and really like it, but I do love the creatista plus 😊
Glad you liked it, think the plus is a great machine. Better than I expected to be honest. Yeah I'll still be keeping my aero 4 for the videos where I need it. Think my aero 3 will be finding a new home soon, though.
Hi - we have the Creatista Plus (good deal with John Lewis at £299) and my only criticism would be the milk jug markings - these are quite difficult to see on the inside - I wonder what other people think? - other than that, this is a terrific machine!
Hi! Yes I spotted that deal online and it's a great price but checked back the other day and said out of stock 😭 I sold mine after getting the Creatista Pro but still miss it and sometimes think about getting one again for other comparison videos. Know what you mean about the markings, you do tend get used to pouring the right amount without needing the markings as much as time goes by. Great to hear you're happy with the machine as really did rate it 👍 Hot coffee and silky milk.
Thank you both for that very informative Wish I seen it before I bought the Grand Lattissima. Not happy with it,But it could be the user I suppose.Cheers
Really glad you’re enjoying the videos. Yeah that’s something we do these days for a cappuccino with the Creatista and also had a tip to tap the jug on the worktop first and swirl the jug around a bit to mix the froth then pour out of the side of the jug as you say 👍🏼 Hope this helps too 🙂
Great review and WOW, that's a huge temperature difference. Look forward to the full review of the Creatista Plus, but I sense an unboxing of a Pro won't be far behind 😆
These lattissima machines all have the same inherent issue which is Luke warm coffee when using the auto frother. I’ve had the lattissima+ and had exactly the same issue where coffee with the auto frother was never above 55c which is at least 10c cooler than you would expect any milk based coffee to be served at. My machine was sent back to nespresso for inspection and came back with a new thermostat fitted but still had the same issue. I now have a delonghi bean to cup with auto frother and although it’s still a little cool than I’d like it but it serves coffee at 65c-70c depending on the size of coffee and if it’s the first drink of the day or not. My only issue now is that the auto frother systems are a pain to clean. I’ve been looking to moving back to a Nespresso due to ease of use and convenience but would only do it I’f I could get a creatista for a decent price on a good offer. Joff 👍👍☕️☕️
Cheers for the info Joff. I prefer the steam wand on the Creatista too as think they heat the milk better and prefer the texture of the milk. They're also really easy to clean. Interesting to know that the ones on the De'longhi bean to cup machines are better, though. Will have to try and get hold of one in the future to try it out 👍
Thank you...the coffee from the Lattissima Pro is quite cold. Would be interesting to see, how hot ist would be from the Creatista with with setting „Ideal“ And you definitely need a better thermometer.... the Thermapen from the UK would be the right choice. Very fast and accurate, but not cheap.
Its the same price. what do you like more? what you really which would you really spend money on having one at home. Please tell me. And what you think about the automatic machines , like De'Longhi Magnifica S Cappuccino Smart, model ECAM23260, with LatteCrema System.
For us it would be the Creatista Plus for sure. I much prefer the texture of the milk it creates and the ability to change the froth level and milk temperature on the Creatista is a huge advantage. Not sure about those other machines you mentioned but will look them up as we're thinking of reviewing some non Nespresso branded machines too this year.
I've used the Creatista Pro for the last year as I upgraded not long after this video and love that machine. Can't comment on durability of the Plus, but would still buy it over any other Nespresso machine in the same price bracket if I were buying one now. Prefer it to the lattissima or atelier for example.
As always, great review and helpful for anyone thinking of buying . The Creatista Plus looks like a small improvement on my Maestria which is about 4 years old. A few more bells and whistles but pretty much the same. have you ever used or seen the Maestria ? I would love to see the Creatista Plus and the Maestria side by side test. Keep up the good work and stay well.
Hi there. We haven’t used it loads so haven’t really come across any. Have heard some reports of the frother becoming temperamental over time but haven’t had that issue myself yet.
Hi mate. They're the View Nespresso Espresso Cups available on the Nespresso website assuming they're in stock. If not you can sometimes pick them up on Amazon but the price can vary. Hope this helps.
Got it yesterday and loving the pure amount of variety compared to my other pod machines, it is a game changer for anyone who loves proper coffee get one you will not be disappointed.
I'm in the US. I did see it on the website the first time you were talking about it. Now that I'm ready to buy it, I cant find it. I guess I waited too long.
Mary Stokas Hi, Mary. Not sure if you got your machine yet.. but I’m in the U.S. and you have to call to get the subscription. You can’t get it online. Also, they only offer the Creatista Uno on the plan, but the plus. It’s $45/month for 12 months. Hope this helps.
@@A2BProductions yeah only a steamwand can give you those small microfoam 👍🏼 I dont have the creatista. I have the Maestria which also has a steamwand. Sometimes when im in a hurry i just use the aeroccino to froth the milk.
@@MasterPiece-rg7ed Ive now had 2 of the above machines(Creatista Plus) and both suffered faulty frother under a month of use both times.. great looking machines but let down by faulty frother.. I`m now looking for as different machine..
@@A2BProductions thx for your response. I ended up buying the Pro version and I’m a bit disappointed as I thought I would be able to create some nice latte art. I have a older Delonghi 9 bar espresso machine which is much cheaper in comparison, and I thought I can make better latte art with the Creatista Pro. Can you please make a video on what milk frothing amount and temp you are using on your Creatista? I don’t think I’m using it correctly and I haven’t found any good videos using the Creatista Pro. Thanks for sharing your videos!
I had the gran latissima for the same reason as you lol, until i had to send it back to d' longi to be repaired. The frother doesn't work well. Warm milk comes out, without any froth. I thought it was just me, but after reading the reviews it's become clear that many people experience the same problem, besides the coffee is not hot enough. The gran latissima unfortunately is a waste of money. I had the gran latisimma for only 3 months, it was brand new, poor quality.
