For those wondering about performance on ps4. Graphics is pretty similar to GT sport on PS4, loading takes a while and your PS4 will permanently be in yet fighter mode. But it runs smoothly. (Normal PS4, not pro)

My PS4 slim isn't loud but I do notice it's started chugging with slowdown after a few hours even after my PS4 was powered down (not just in rest mode) for an hour it felt like it was suffering a bit.

I replaced the hard drive for a ssd (Samsung evo 860). Loading times are fine now. Not close to ps5 but really acceptible imho.

I thought this game was going to be very similar to gt sport but except for the racing info in races everything and I mean everything is different and better. Already my favourite game of the year

It went back to its roots. Of course it won’t please everyone. Then there are those who bitch about everything just because. So far, loving it and looking forward to racing online. Hoping this won’t be the only game this year that lives up to hype.

@@tonynittoli4792 gt4 is the root, nothing will beat the gameplay, rewards, and challenge of that game. When games weren’t hooked up to the internet, they were much more enjoyable. I mean… I have been playing since 1999, and gt4 will always remain the best one, even if gt7 looks real, it lacks many things that gt4 had

I’ve been a fan of Gran Turismo since I was a teenager my favourite Gran Turismo game was gt5 it had a lot of endurance races I’m a little concerned for Gran Turismo 7 so I’ve stopped playing it until I can get solid evidence that Gran Turismo 7 has the endurance races or not or possibly down the track

I was too excited to setup my wheel and wherlstand to play GT7 yesterday.its not just aatter of connecting my wheel to my PS4. I am using a CPX adapter for to use my Fanatec CSR Elite pedals to my Thrustmaster T300 so I have to first power the cpx adapte via usbr then plug in the wheel into usb in my PS4 then plug in the power for the T300 and then make sure the pedals work properly. I played on controller for about six hours yesterday and I still have a lot of campaign to go yet. So I'll be connecting my wheel when I get time to play again. Before anybody laughs at my chair moving about I replace the wheels with whats called sliders on my chair when using my wheel when using my wheel that stops my chair moving.

I don't know what FFB feels like in GT7 but in GT Sport I wished there was a way to reduce the dampening because it felt like there was too much dampening in the game and my wheel felt too heavy. Reducing ffb reduced the feel of what the wheel was doing but I never had the ffb at full.

The rain license trophy was glitched. It has been fixed in the latest patch, you need to redo the license tests that are in the wet.

My first and only time I've played the GT series was back on the PS2. I'm not sure GT it was specifically, but I remember it was between 2000-2005 on the PS2. I proper loved it, couldn't understand the controls at all

I guess if you're a fan of the game in question (racing in this case), I think it's not much of a challenge. Likewise, for example, if you're fan of FPS games, you can play hours and hours of matches whereas i'll be saying adios after the third match.

I played GT 7 with my wheel for a few hours this afternoon and the FFB is massively lacking. It's almost completely dead. The only effect I could feel was oversteer judder. I couldn't feel bumps or kerbs. I tried the two ffb settings but nothing changed except the wheel getting heavier and much more dampened.

hey steve just wanted to say im a new sub i was wondering how come our copies give out different money for circuit experience yours give out 40 to 60 k for all gold while mine which i got a couple days ago only do that for a couple of them most of them are for atleast for 100k and the most is for 1 mil and thats for all bronze and another thing im from santa maria california and we have a local dirt track where late models, sprint cars, cali dirt cars, hobby stocks, and four bangers race every saturday and i used to go every saturday for 12 yrs and one of the dirt car drivers by the name of gary lee kanoyer i think thats how you spell his name used to race pikes peak all the time have you ever heard of him please let me know the answer to both my questions thanks great gameplay

it's not that I don't like it, but I guess I was expecting it to be more sim like, looking "The real driving simulator" slogan, but to me it feels like it is more of an arcade. With the music levels and that map where you go to a "cafe" .... I am just a grumpy old man :)
