Am I the only one that golded A-9 easily? Like, I keep seeing people saying it was difficult but I was able to do it without major problems.

@@theitalianjojo3440 i haven't played gt7 yet (no ps5) but is it difficult like the first two games? Personally from GT 4 onwards everything turned into a joke with how easy it is.

@@theitalianjojo3440 If you did it now, it is a lot less worse than it used to be. Worth to mention that the RWD car physics got updated some time ago, and a *lot* of people, myself included, tried to gold this test before that when RWD cars were a much bigger handful to drive.

@@wieldylattice3015 actually my comment is a little misleading, you can buy and use whatever you want, but you are still forced to buy one of the starter cars. And if you dont use them your car will absolutely destroy the competition in the first few races since the Sunday cup is the only option. Gt7 is way too linear for me, not enough choice like what gt4 had.

@@wieldylattice3015 it is a RWD R34 GT-R, Amuse's Carbon R, it costs 250k in Tuner Village so you can get it with the first Capri Rally run and carries you all the way in Beginner's and some Professional races without big upgrades

@@amnottabs I'm actually pretty far in the game and used the Toyota RSC and a Nissan GT to cary me. been buying Nissans lately and gotta say the Carbon R feels awful to drive compared to other tuners. Still, no such thing as worse than a Mine's tune. god they are sluggish

As a Gran Turismo player, I must say gt players aren't the cleanest neither

The last GT I played was 3. And my love for this game is great! Can’t be more happy to play everyday. Feels so similar to what I remember but even more fun and engaging. The little historical facts about the cars after finishing a cafe mission has me thinking about cars I would have never looked at before.

I play from the 1st. Was looking forward for 7, but what the...? Always online again? "Cafe"?? No, thanks. Other racing games will do.

@@hitpeppens2932 I agree the always needing to be online sucks. But the Cafe is great! Sure the races are super easy but you get to learn a lot about car brands and even about the designers behind the cars. I’m a nerd when it comes to historical facts so I guess that is why I like it so much. 🤓

@@fastmadcow Yes. Ok. But - does it need to be in the Cafe? Why not normal menus or garage or, I don´t know, something car related. Why the hell cafe. When I´m thinking about cars and racing, I really don´t picture a Cafe. And those "people", those pictures of heads talking to you...I find it pretty stupid, it is not the Gran Turismo atmosphere I was looking for, the atmosphere I expected.

@@hitpeppens2932 you would be surprised. Car culture and food go hand in hand. Every great racing track or togue has a good food joint to go with it. Everyone always recommends the local hot spot for grub. And then to the figure heads argument. There will always be those interested in cars but don’t race. This game is about car culture in general not just racing. So this is the car culture side of the game. Most car heads I know don’t even race they just enjoy cars for driving. Understandable that you don’t like it. You enjoy the multiplayer a lot more than? Or the challenges maybe? I can’t change your mind but at least accept the fact there is a lot of people like me out there that really enjoy this feature. Maybe not for you, but it is for me so saying that it shouldn’t exists really sucks cause I really enjoy it.
