They only start with 4 stars in the beginning of the game And once the next tunnel and bridges are open it comes to 5 stars and once you get to the final bridge and tunnel you’ll be all the way up to 6 starts

No they arent gta 3 police only carry 9mm pistols in gta v they carry assult rifles and shotguns

Indeed, though they certainly aren't as hell bent on killing as they are here. With a 2 star rating alone, cops here will happily stand out in the open (or even up in your face) just to put you in the ground. But that's not to say that the 5-0 can't be a nuisance in V.

The weirdest thing happened to me at Shoreside Vale while trying to escape the cops, a police car was chasing me and it went into the water but managed to get back into the road but there’s no one in the car, the cop in that car died because of the water and everytime I get out of my car the police car stops, it’s pretty much a Ghost Police Car

To me GTA 3 police are extremly hard for me I cant even escape 3 stars and if I start a shootout I would be dead in less than a minute and I play on console so the aiming is terrible
