@Craig K that's the right the mom is a obsessive narcissistic woman who saw her son as a husband rather than a son basically testing in his manhood and berating him I belive theres a symptom for that
@@daev13k I like to imagine that Toni took over after Sal died. Joey didn’t seem like he wanted to be in charge and Toni is the most capable of running the mafia anyway being that he was Sals 2nd in command and single-handedly gave the Leones all their power by the end of lcs
Every first mission with GTA characters: Character: "Hey get in my car and let's go to a place I know of. I'll take you there." Main character: "Alright, so where are you gonna take m---" Character: "But you drive. Take me there because you're the only one who knew where to go." Main character: ....
It literally is besides the first few although it did sell pretty good. At this point people were over GTA and luckily for rockstar the next gen hype (at the time) brought the franchise back in top with gta 4.
In all honestly, GTA: LCS maybe isn't as "good" as other GTA games, but Tony is definitely one of the most badass characters. Other characters are cool and all that, but only Tony is so cold and never messes around.
Definitely turned Liberty City on it's head in 98, 3 yrs before Claude, who was still just a petty bank robber with Catalina at the time. Then Tony managed to age 20 years in 3 years.. Being capo for Salvatore must be stressful. What was never established in gta 3 is who took over as boss after Salvatore was assassinated? Had to be a power struggle between Tony and Joey Leone Id imagine.
@@7Tomb7Keeper7 is it set in the same universe? Outside of easter eggs (and the possibility it could exist in the same universe in the HD one), there is no indication Manhunt and the 3D gta universe are one.
As a child this was a part of my childhood. As an adult who went and bought a used psp to relive those memories: well I'm happy and regret nothing that's all I can say.
First video game I ever played. I was like 6-7 or something. Loved it but until this DAY. I’ve never understood the game itself or the story. Vice city was the one that I really understood back in the day.
So many people called Toni too thin. Now I can see why he had so many dates with cheese deluxe in GTA 3 (It's a fat joke... I-I don't think it'll be funny, but.)
@@jesselewis8247 I meant that it needed to be in the 3D universe with the same san andreas characters but just with a diffrent story GTA V dosent count
@@ZaidsTV unfortunately that won't happen I'd love if they made it in this format too in this engine as a 20 year anniversary of San Andreas celebration and give the playstation 2 one absolute FINAL hurrah... I'm sure business for eBay, Amazon, and especially flee markets and swap meets would be booming it'd be 1 of the biggest unexpected surprises from Rockstar or any developer albeit risky and a Lil controversial for sales I'm sure a majority of Rockstars and GTA fan base would grab at the chance to revisit their place of nostalgia once again with a fresh story and I'm sure they'd also grab the first chance to buy another ps2 if they don't have 1 already from the original San Andreas... Just a thought...
@@reemar.official1824 The first shot didn't kill him. The second did. But you mean why, right? 1st because JD betrayed Paulie Sindacco. He is an opportunitist and cannot be trusted. 2nd because Salvatore is a paranoid bastard who doesn't trust nobody. And in the end it cost him his life (Claude)
@@reemar.official1824 Sal and Toni have a long history. Sal knows him long and he knows what kind of person Toni is. Toni would sacrifice his life for Sal but JD would stab Sal in the back just to earn a little money.
*Before Dead Meat mission starts...* Ma: I only wish you had his guts! Toni: You wish i had Casa's guts? Toni: Okay, Ma! You asked for 'em! Ma: WAT NO!
I absolutely forget it ended like that... I was like “That’s it”? And I have played this game more than 20x’s.. I really! But any who... my childhood memories came back watching this!
2:34 This moment here took me back to the days I played GTA 3 before I got my hands on this game, still the same town, just different days and a new man on the run.
The rivalry between Toni and his Mom reminds me of EUSTACE and his Mom from Courage The Cowardly Dog lol She called him "Stupid Boy," and said "U can't fill your Dad's shoes!" "Your Dad was a real man."
Such a good game and a bit of parody to the sopranos. RIP James G. and Frank Vincent VA both from the sopranos. Specially Tonis mom, such an annoying hard to please woman. I played the hell out of this title along with GTA VCS on the PSP. They dont make em like they used to
Hop in a car and b-line for the beach past Salvatore's house. Get right up next to the water. Those dumb hitmen will drive straight off the cliff above, often flipping and sliding right into the water and drowning. Just pick off the ones who don't make it.
Hey, man! Great editing! You show just the perfect amount of gameplay so we can really follow the story/missions. Most times this isn't achieved in other videos of this kind.
agreed. I don't have problem with his cannibalism, it's just in this game they make him wimpy and loser-ish character, while in gta 3 DL has this charming and respectful manner. The same thing kinda bother me with Jhonny Klebitz and Lazlow in GTA 5, they just degrade these characters.
