This is pretty awesome and it also gives us some perspective on the leaps and bounds Rockstar has made in GTA V. The original looked great but now that we have something to compare it to, we can see just how awesome this game looks.

Actually I have now seen some leaked gameplay and it made GTA IV look much much better in terms of gameplay. I am actually crying looking at how the physics, car damage and handling are in the game.
