Homemade milk buns, soft and fluffy, topped with sesame seeds.

In a bowl mix well the following:
- milk (lukewarm): 300ml
- sugar: 35g
- yeast: 7g
- salt: 10g
- cooking oil: 100ml
- flour: 750g
Mix until everything is well combined. Kneed the dought for about 5 mins.
Allow the dough to rise for 1h.
Divide it into 14-15 equal round pieces and let them rest for about 10 mins.
Top each with the mixture of:
- plain yogurt: 2 tbsp
- cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Bake the buns in a preheated oven for 20 min at 185°C (or 365°F) until they are baked (golden brown).
