Fluffy Milk Bread Recipe / Dinner Rolls Recipe:
- 350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 2/3 cups)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet)
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 200 gr Warm Milk (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 30 gr Butter (1/4 stick)
NOTE: The consistency of your dough may vary depending on the protein content and other aspects of your flour. IF your dough seems dry, you can add up to 2-3 tbsp more milk until the dough comes together. Start by adding JUST 1 tbsp more milk and adjust from there.

tried this recipe today and it came out nice and chewy! i ended up having to add more milk to get the consistency right, and in the end it didn’t come out as fluffy, but it was still soft. i recommend adding more sugar for flavor, as well as adding a light honey drizzle over the top once it’s done!

Adding more sugar actually slows the yeast down ...happened with me ...if you love sweet breads and about to increase sugar in the recipe then use osmotolerant yeast to get a beautiful rise

Hi, Emma! I made these and eating one of them right now and as always, so delicious! Mine did not turn out to be as good looking as yours, but they are so soft and fluffy and so milky! I'm having this for dinner tonight. I was skeptical about adding the cornstarch on top, but did it anyway and it just made the bread look better and does not affect the taste. Thanks for this recipe! Hi, im not that experinced with baking. Quick baking question can i use baking powder as alternate for yeast? There's no available yeast anywhere, i guess everyone decided to bake bread during lockdown 😭

afraid not. yeast is the key to make bread rise

Baking is a very precise activity. For that reason I’m hopeless at it and can never bring myself to do cakes, pastries and bread . Envy those with such patience and skills.

I made these today when I came across this video !! They are super yum and I am now a subscriber. My dough wasn’t as pretty and smooth as yours but it turned it out great . It was so good that I made them abit smaller so I had 12 buns and now I only have 3 left as everyone keeps snacking on them. Thanks for posting this and can’t wait to try more of your recipes ♥️
