In this video I completed my 6th marathon in 6 months. It was the first time I ever visited Duluth, MN and I am so glad I got to see it in person. There is nothing more enjoyable than being able to enjoy traveling and running.

started running 3 months ago and this Matt's content has helped a ton.Not only instructionally but definitely in terms of motivation. I'm up to 14+ mile long runs at an 8 min/mile pace now.

That’s awesome to hear that progress but make sure you’re listening to your legs because that’s a lot of mileage quickly and you might develop volumetric injuries. Not saying you will get them (everyone is different) but it’s important to keep an eye on that so you can address any potential issue before it gets bad.

I was there, it was my first marathon. 4:02:09 was my time. I was hoping to get under four but I’m very happy for my first one. Last couple miles got tough, but it went way easier than I thought it would.

congratulations on doing grandmas i ran it this year myself from thunder bay, ontario canada. clocked in a 3:22 not bad for first grandmas. and yes it was very tough. top of lemon drop and to end was my battle field. but i finished. thanks for sharing your marathon experience

Matt - really love your content, energy and enthusiasm. Just not sure you should be promoting IV therapy for hydration. It is considered as a form of blood doping and even though you’re not doing elite competition, it is worth stating.
