Ms. J!!! (Judith) It’s so lovely to see her on here! She is such a lovely woman. My son went to her daycare from 9 months until 5. She played a huge role with helping me raise my son to be a respectable, loving young man! I could never live up to her cooking. My son would rather eat her food then mines😂. She definitely cooks with love! My son is 14 and still remembers her til this day!!

I cook my grits in water and a little bit of carnation milk. The milk immediately breaks down the grittiness, making them so smooth and creamy. I sprinkle a taste of salt in them and i butter them when done. Not gonna lie but I absolutely love sweet and salty grits also but i dont add sugar in them bc not everyone likes sweet grits especially if we have waffles and pancakes too.
