14:53 Thank you, I hope more people pick up on this. I feel like a lot of LFGs (especially no mics) make the mistake of panicking and capping A immediately, which both rushes everything unnecessarily and gives us one less person to melt the champs. I think not everyone knows, or not everyone trusts, that the timer stops when you stand in the zone, so that you can cap it with as little as 1 second left and not have to worry.
The boss melt was so satisfying 😂 - bosses normally in gms take ages like last weeks gm 😅 but you did that well - thanks for the load out too I have the exact roll of the class item too so that’s good 👍
Some more mine room tips since thats where ive seen a lot of runs end. If you need even more time for the mines, have one player sit right on the edge of the circle of mine A. It will stop the countdown, but not cap the plate at all. gives the other 2 players as much time as they need to safely clear out all the ads around B and C before you even start caping A. Also in addition to the extra overload that spawns in the mine room (in my experience it spawns again if you kill it too fast but i could be wrong) there is a chance that the boss level minotaur on C will respawn with some goblins. Last tip is that for the colossus boss that spawns once you cap all the mines, if you have a warlock, it can be helpful to send them and maybe one other player up to the higher doors/balcony between A and B (can see it in the top left at 17:50). Just jump on the closest pillar and you should be able to make the jump. my tier 2 mobility warlock can do it with a mantle so there shouldn't be an issue for anyone. If you need to, send them up a bit early and have the 3rd finish capping C solo just to make sure they get up there. It allows you to start damaging the Colossus sooner before anything really gets a chance to start shooting. Only reason i recommend a warlock is for the healing rift since some of the ads may focus you and throw nades if you don't nuke the boss quick enough. but backing away from the edge is usually more than enough to keep you alive with a little healing. Keeping 1 player down and out of the way is more just so you don't all die to the same nade and wipe.
I'm also not sure if its still an issue, but the last time Warden was around for nightfalls, there was an issue with getting softlocked after going down the elevator to the boss room. The objective wouldn't update and the enemies would never spawn. The workaround was having 1 player stay outside the bubble and going down late. It may not be an issue anymore though, but something to keep an eye out for.
i don't know if this is a change, but the last overload champ in the mine room has prevented me from getting platinum on two different clears today on July 4. So would advise trying to melt him before capping the last mine.
Hi Mactics love your videos! They are great and super helpful. I was wondering if you could do a video on DPS rotations? I have heard from players that I have played with that there is a rotation using Apex predator and still hunt sniper rifle. Can you maybe go over rotations and how they work in destiny? Love your content!
So glad to have this gm back in rotation atleast until bungie inevitably ends up giving it the lake of shadows/arms dealer treatment taking it from a fun 15 min gm to a 30 min one making it take double the time for the same rewards
Mactics actually appreciate you doing content like this for people that need help with destiny. Probably one of the few RU-vidrs that put content like this out. But yess the GM is one of the easiest this season
in the middle room where the huge minotaur spawns, we usualy stay back and kill the hydra before we move up, that way you don't have to worry about the anti-narrier gobos
You can still have your indebted kindness overcharged always because there is artifact mod in second column that buffs origin traits and makes weapon with them always overloaded and sundering is included
I just used that setup with my Void titan build. Easy clear. Use rockets and supers on the boss for a quick melt. That's the only challenge in this GM.
@@EmpanadaDoggo technically, it would still get the overcharged buff from champ mods, if not, you can use the dealer's choice artifact mod. overcharge doesn't stack so any combination will work
Yeah but assassins cowl on hunter isn’t very good because stylish executioner aspect already gives you invisibility when defeating a debuffed enemy. Assassins is a stronger perk on titans and warlocks for the class item.
@@christopher7398 It gives you invis for any powered melee kill and on finisher, while Stylish only does it on any debuffed kill. Still good imo, gives you more options for invis on prismatic. Otherwise only one way to go invis
@@Harrison-zc3hu i am aware that this is not the best answer. I was thinking only about Rocket sidearms. It is 3 am for me and i am not in the best state of mind. How about you share some ideas instead of telling me how bad my comment is
You could maybe use some fusions, Cartesian, or eremite are good but they are solar, techeun force, loaded question and hollow words match the surge but distance is an issue, cloudstrike will probably be good but that's an exotic and also nothing above stuns unstoppable chaps really so no really comparable alternative(thing to note is that not only indebted kindness is so good it also stuns both overloads and unstops if you have volt shot cause it jolts)
Lightblade is an easy cheese imo. This one’s been the hardest. Wiped more on this one today than I think I ever have on lightblade lol… mines fuck me over
@@christopherkrause3255 Warden's one of the easiest ones imo. Invis hunter cheeses the mines hard. Or you can just blinding nade/suspend/freeze everything
Lightblade used to be, but as long as you keep the boss busy jumping up and down it’s pretty easy. Warden overall is not too bad except for the mines part is hard.
I prefer Hothead because it’s an adaptive frame (does most damage) and mine has field prep clown so I can continuously spam rockets at the boss with fast asf reload speed. But ig braytech isn’t that bad of an opinion it seems like. Also Outbreak goes brr
I really don’t recommend jumping down to the last room right away. The champs can turn on you and kill everyone pretty fast. And there really isn’t a compelling reason to not stay up top
Outside of the Unstop, the other Champions tend to hide when you attempt to pick them off. Moreover, you'd end up spending minutes picking them off when any decent team can handle the Champions from the ground, granted you deal with the Unstop (the other Vex Champions assist you on taking down the Upstop)
As an Xbox user, maybe I’ll get a chance to play this GM when it comes back around in rotation. Microsoft, being a small, indie company, doesn’t have the manpower or resources to handle any and all issues that arise with their service.
