Grandpa’s pecan Rub St. Louis style ribs 

Growing up around Pecan trees in Royal, Florida we always enjoyed the mild flavor of barbecuing with Pecan Wood. This flavor reminds me of cooking with my Dad and Grandpa in the backyard as a kid. It took many years to come up with this flavor smooth, sweet and a little smoky. Perfect on Brisket, Chicken, Fish, Ribs and Vegetables.
