Love how the Trex eats the guy at 0:30 to 0:47, would have been nice if it wasnt so gorey but love the way the guy flips in the Trex's mouth as he gets eaten

So this happened? ^w^ Well hey, all right! They tried, barely. It's difficult to even avoid nommage when you're depicting a setting with dangerous dinosaurs, it looks like they achieved the bare minimum of acknowledgement though, which is better than we usually get. Those are hot nice maws, and strong cool dinos! But the "ride around on and control them" method of dinosaur inclusion Ark does is kinda boring to begin with, they're all about the people. That first nomming was pretty great though, even though it was largely offscreen, peh. I wish they were brave enough to have it eat the lady.
