Very helpful this video. Thank you so much. Whenever I load material in my graphtech ce6000-60 and hit 1 for media front edge, it roll back and the media fall off. Will somebody tell me why is that please. Thanks in advance !
The CE6000-60 user manual reads: Confirm that the push roller is steadily on the media within the range of media movement. This adjustment is based on assumption that media is slightly tilted. Media might fall off if the tilting of the media is too large. Let me know if you still have trouble! www.graphtec.co.jp/site_download/02_manual/data/CE6000_UserManual(CE6000-UM-154).pdf -TRW Bri

We don't have any extra parts or discs that come with the cutters, but the user manuals are online and might be in the FAQ section on site. :-) -TRW Crystal

I would try reaching out to Graphtec's customer service for support and to see if your machine is still under warranty if they diagnose an issue. -TRW Crystal
Hey Matt. I'm having trouble with my Graphtec CE6000-40 I keep getting an E01019 code. I've been doing a little research and I've found that it could either be my main board or clean my sensors? Does this issue sound familiar. Thanks
Everything I can find on that error says to try resetting to factory settings. We demonstrate how to do that early in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lvGvW4jHFbw.html -TRW Bri
@@TheRhinestoneWorld So I found that when I turn my sensors off my cutter works and I get error code, so i'll have to use this feature all the time since my sensors are gone. :( I wonder if this something I can change and fix myself. I know those sensors are important.
Is the CE6000-60 or CE7000-60 capable of cutting 23.183” in width? I know it’s cutting it close because it’s a 24” cutter but that’s the size I need to cut and want to make sure. Thanks!

I have a Graphtec lite CE 50 and using silhouette software. When I create the design the plotter goes off scale at the point of cutting . It’s driving me insane! How do I alter the scale setting !
