Notes:
The edited AUD source occasionally alternates between two different sound fields, mostly between songs, sometimes during songs. I chose to exclude these AUD edits for set 1, but incorporated them for set 2. Soundtrack Pro was used to remove some digital flaws in the SBD during Candyman and Jack Straw.
